Hey guys! This is a video breaking down some of the top destinations that allow you to work and get waves at the same time. While you could, in theory, work from anywhere with decent internet, I’ve found many places to be more/less suitable for getting work done! Taiwan is pretty good too! Good visa options both long term and short term and decent waves all over the east coast, not many coworkings on the coast but WiFi’s good and there are plenty of coffee shops to work from

Nope. As everybody knows, SriLanka is one of the most expensive countries on the planet. Traveling from Weligama to Colombo will cost you a fortune. If you're on a small budget, maybe try traveling Switzerland or Monaco, or go to Tahiti, Bora Bora, etc.

Hey mate! Epic! Yes, if you take public transport, eat local, and stay in basic accommodation, Sri Lanka is super cheap!! The train goes all the way along that part of coast!!

You should really invest more before you shout out places like Ericeira. Locals are driven out of their homes because of digital nomads driving up the prices like crazy. A lot of true locals can not afford to live in their houses anymore because of that. Plus, Ericeira is not Bali. It is super small and simply not build for the massive load of digital nomads trying to live there. Do your research before you promote such a place man.. For example, find the Portuguese article that literally says that Ericeira is losing its soul because of all the digital nomads coming there..

Agree, Ericeira should NOT be promoted anymore, it has been colonize by digital nomads mostly from Germany and the Netherland, plus it has become expensive, the winter there is also cold and wet, not paradise like so many want to sell

@@doncoder13 100%! Too many people think it's a digital nomad hotspot where the sun shines 365 days a year with hip high waves. Not knowing that a normal winter has a shit ton of rain from November until March, with heavy swells and cold temperatures. And the shameful thing is that the digital nomads don't give a sh*t that they screw up a very gorgeous town with a super rich history. So shameful.

Plus is not a begginer friendly place, some people go there to learn and have a really hard time. In any case you might want to try Peniche, it still hasn't got to the stage of Ericeira. People also don't realize Spain has some great spots to surf, including the Canary Island wich has the best winter weather in Europe, but they all want to do fomo Portugal@@jeffreyvonkphotos
