Competing in the age of AI is quite challenging. But with the right tools, companies can be successful with also the help of an in-depth digital transformation strategy. Very informative talk.

Please refer to the Professor's suggestion on propagating the "learning" through changing of the minds and hearts across the org - within and without - certainly not an easy task, for the layers below CXO-n layers but not impossible using both the top-down and bottom up strategies referred to subsequently. However, the question remains how the tools (such as AI) for transformation are evolving and when they are ready for scale to have an acceptable risk based approach.
