This one is going into my Digitone folder, looking forward to watching your channel grow. You really have a knack for teaching and covering details, it's a gift.
Really Cool Tutorial! Well done, you really covered the arpeggiator. I've had a basic understanding of Digitones Arp but I didn't really have a complete understanding of it. This covered everything, Thanks, I will watch this a few times to lock in all this info.
Very good instruction. I ordered the e25 digitone and it was delivered. Sadly I'm a trucker out on the road and haven't put my hands on it yet. Can't wait!
Very great trick. I'm a octatrack user and like it a lot to mess around with its the arpeggiator but never figured out a convenient way to use the arp editor. The arp looks a bit different in the OT but I'm pretty sure your trick will work just as fine as you showed us. Thanks a lot for sharing!
@@et4able Thanks again. I have had the Digitone for a short time and it is wonderful. I tested your tutorial with mine ;) Something I didn't understand: I entered the notes as you show, in Arp Cycle mode (length 16). Sometimes the loop is complete, sometimes not, depending on how I play with the parameters, but I'm not sure which... I have the impression that with the length set to 16, it "misses a note", and if I set 17 or more, it reads all the notes entered manually? (I don't know if I'm clear ;)
Great video, all of yours are really helpful! Just got the digitone finally and it’s appreciate all the info. The arp stuff was super helpful. Do you know if you can trig lock steps on the arp to make some steps longer than others or have steps play at different speeds?
@@et4able that would be so rad!!! The arp is great but i wish you could do a couple more things with it like that! But the limitations make you try stuff you might never have!
Regarding quantizing, isn't this the same as the Digitakt where you can double press record and play and go from unquantized record to quantized record?
