The closest you can get to experiencing Bejeweled Twist remotely on mobile minus the Bomb Gem and Coal Rocks. Here, the clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations are present and it doesn't look like you can allow only clockwise rotation in the rule settings as having both rotations may alter how you match the gems, both control and design-wise. A real obstacle is the fact that the button for counter-clockwise is not wide enough on the phone screen. Twist-style gameplay or not, it should take you time to get accustomed to the gems looking small on the smartphone. A tablet device or a large touchscreen monitor may be the best way to experience something like this using touchscreen controls.
Oh, don't bother expecting a clone of Bejeweled Twist anytime. There might be clones of other Popcap games I saw recently but it shouldn't be a problem.
