They clearly have, at least partially. They exchange secret letters with intel and just little chats, so they're not so tense at they might seem

I’m sure both of them has come to term that none of it was their fault. Not intentionally at least. Kaeya was abandoned by his own father, was forced to be the spy from Khaenri’ah as the last heir of the alberich clan and understandably Diluc felt betrayed after discovering the truth on to why Kaeya was even in Mondstadt in the first place. But then again, it was not really their fault per say since Master Crepus was deceit into using the delusion against Ursa and Kaeya being the last heir of the clan had to make a tough choice of being at the side of his adopted family or continue be the spy that he was. They are much of an adult now, so most probably they can already put the things that happened in the past behind them. Diluc’s additional dialogue “Family..huh” pretty much indicates that he too reminiscing the memories of three of them that was once a big happy family.

In his stories it switches from calling his father “father” to “biological father” and for crepus, it states that he only realized that he saw him as a father until after he died. He can have two fathers. And they can be sworn brothers and ALSO brothers.
