We never made it to that restaurant the last two times visiting Chicago Chinatown and it's funny now because we own a dim sum restaurant in Cincinnati. The one thing I noticed about dim sum is that it almost seems addictive. There is nothing else like dim sum. Yum!
My trip to Chinatown had to be cancelled due to CoronaVirus, so I am enjoying videos of the place. I very much enjoyed this, learning about the geography (I've an awful sense of direction) and generally more of what to expect. I liked watching you, too, Russ! Hopefully, I'll be there in August and will remember this restaurant.
One time my friends at work wanted to take me out for my birthday. They asked me where I would like to go and I said "Chinatown for dimsum". At the restaurant, I noticed that the lazy susan in the middle of the table kept turning but none of the food was disappearing. When we left, several people ducked out and picked up food at McDonalds! No accounting for taste :)
