What is high end about these dim sum???!!!! It's pretty ordinary!!!!! I wasn't born in Hong Kong. I did live there for an entire year. Dim Sum is dim sum and usually the same old stuff in most places in the USA or another country. In this video two high end items I know of is not here!!!! A high end item is the abalone on a half shell which is a new dim sum item that very few dim sum restaurants have. The other high end item is dumplings with some special ingredients plus soup inside. I know the Cantonese name for those soup dumplings. I don't know the English translation for it. Oh wait, it seems like they do have some soup dumplings in different colors, but it's not the same as the original soup dumplings. Some of the dim sums are little different which is wonderful. Why would you want those standard dim sums which are so boring???!!!! I screwed up as that is not dumplings in the different colors. They are different colors bao which are not a dim sum item. The owner Sally have a few different and you could call high end dim sum items which is so needed Ordinary dim sums are too old stuff and boring!!!!!

There were many traditional dishes in this video as well as innovative dim sum. I’m grateful for people who create new classics. I’m Cantonese in my background and I want to try new things. I would fly from boston to Los Angeles to eat at this restaurant.
