honestly, I'm confident to say that I could naturally match Dimash's range but what I admire & respect about him is the control, technique and tones 🙌🏼 he's truly one of the best vocal singers 🎶

In The Singer performance, he needed to follow the rules in the singing competition as set. In his concert, he can sing the song as he wanted and wishes. He sand 2 songs in one act and I know that is a very difficult act to sing. A lot of fans like the Bastau concert version for one reason or another. In Bastau he was more free and relaxed to sing the way he wanted. Both of his performances we're great and wonderful. Can't complain. Thank you Sofie for your great and sincere reaction.

As Italian, I can confirm that his pronounciation his REALLY GOOD, provided that it is not his native language , and it is quite difficult even for natives, grammatically speaking. Talking from experience.😊 As a "perfect pitch" born (or at least that's what "professionals" said about me many times) as Dimash is, I think that perfect pitch really comes in handy for passing to one note to another 'distant' one , or going through registers etc. without going off-key, OR If a song is "key-transposed" , not in the original key, it's no prob for me to "adjust" to the new key, both in terms of singing or playing it back with the piano. Talking from experience ,even though i'm self-taught, not properly musically trained, so idk if there is some truth in what i just said, but mostly idk if, TECNICALLY SPEAKING, having perfect pitch is SO MUCH relevant/better in terms of singing/performing, as it seems to me and as I put it up there.🤔 I surely do know however that having pitch alone(which can be either a blessing or a curse at times, i can tell you) is not enough, that training is much more important etc. I'm just saying how i perceive music, and which role my perfect pitch plays in doing so, The proof of what perfect pitch, natural skills, and excellent training can do together, we have it right here. It's called Dimash😂 And finally, as a subscriber, I've Been Waiting for this reaction the ENTIRE summer (not only because i'm Italian and Dimash is singing in Italian)!😂😂😂 This poem that I've just written up there was WHIRLING in my head all this time, and finally i can write it! Every day i was checking your channel for this specific reaction, and for once I was willing to be the first to comment (never done it before). I even turned the notification bell on, but i missed it anyways!😂😂😂 Nevermind, i tried! Nevertheless, as others said, go check his 'Diva Dance Bastau' version. There you will see a more relaxed Dimash, and even though he had been singing for one hour prior doing THAT song, in THAT Bastau concert, he has more 'tricks' up in his sleeves, and you will finally see what he can do at his best. You have seen most of it, in these reaction but not ALL OF IT. And you will be blown away.😎 Anyway, I hope you read my LONG LONG comment (without falling asleep while reading i hope, or worse , feel bored), nice reaction, keep up the good work and have a nice day!😉 (P.S for anyone interested, if you had survived this poem, i can provide you a not-word-for-word translation of the song(the italian part), for enjoying this perfomance even more, knowing the meaning of the words, or the chords of this version (😉), if you are interested in playing it yourself! Why would he? b) Dimash stated he always gives the real thing to his fans. I believe him, period. c) earlier this year, it was January or February, Dimash got a really bad cold at the time he was supposed to appear on a show. The organizers excused him from appearing but he said he knew many fans travel for hours just to see him sing one song, so he insisted on appearing , but would just apologize for not singing. He did that. But then he saw how disappointed the fans were so he said, OK I’ll sing a bit. And he sang a few lines in a cracked and squeaky voice. He couldn’t make it up the high notes where his voice completely went off tune. The fans were sobbing and shouting, “No, please, don’t sing! It’s okay, don’t sing on!” The host even said to Dimash, “Young man, my advice to you is to stick to your guns. No singing means no singing.” This is one time where lip syncing would have come in handy. But he refused to do that. This is how much Dimash values his fans and giving them always the real thing. Greetings of Peace to Dimash…! And to all the personnel’s who worked with you, and all others who did the translation, produced videos and uploaded it on line. My deep gratitude to the reactors worldwide for your great help and service done, so that artists can improve and or develop their talents and gifts at their best in order to serve better the listening public. I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength he had invested into his professional fields, to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition. The discipline, courage, dedication and high ideals in pursuing his singing career to the best of his ability the best he can, is worth imitating not only in our individual professional fields but also in living our day to day life. Hope his listeners around the world especially the young will learn something from his optimistic views in pursuing his career, his persistency, courage, creativity and perseverance. His hard work and labors are now indeed bearing fruits in abundance. And so my heartfelt congratulations to Dimash, to his family and all others who supported him all the way through as a musician. For me as a listener, it counts a lot the personal disposition of the singer and the content of its music. The power and beauty of his voice is so incredible. Much more, the possibilities and ease to sing it in many languages and in various voices are really amazing. But some others too also, cannot handle and cannot even believe the power, the strength and the heights of his voice…and they wonder and said oooh… is Dimash human..? I think It’s just a natural reaction that people wonder and probably surprise by it or cannot believed it at all, it’s because it is beyond human expectation. But I believed and are convinced that Dimash 20 year’s cultivation of his voice and talents is no tricks and no magic at all; though he is really gifted but his hard work and years of practice and experiences proves it to us and to the world … that indeed it is possible. My other concerns whenever I listen to music is that, I usually ask: WHAT MESSAGE THIS MUSIC BRINGS ..? TO THE WORLD..? TO PEOPLE..? Although Dimash music are very good, full of content and meaning but I like most this music, because for me it speaks a message of truth, values and realities of human life. And I feel that, it is not just enough to give my thumbs up to like this music, but I’m deeply moved to share something more about the richness and deeper meaning of it. With due respect to the composers, writers and singers of this music for whatever their purpose and intention would be, will always take precedence. The thoughts that I will be sharing below about this music is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me. For all those who read these reflections and commentaries of mine about this piece of music performed by Dimash. If you think it is helpful for you, for your family and friends you can share it to them as you please, and I do really appreciate it. Or maybe you might have a different reflection experience of this music than mine; you can always revisit this music or other music of Dimash on line. Song of Dimash in Italian “CONFESSA” (Ester Rabi’s Commentary & Reflection on this song: I like this music because it reminds me the great importance & value of our responsibility to our Commitment & Relationship) When it comes to commitment and relationships we should be solidly grounded on truth of what is really love. Because when tough time comes, that our love will be put to the test in certain circumstances, we don’t step backward or died down with our love instantly, but rather strengthens by it. Actually, because of sin we lost this beautiful gift and virtue of faithfulness within us and even among ourselves. When sin enters into the life of human being we become rebellious with God, with others and even to ourselves and or in any other relationships that we had. Meaning we become rebellious towards Good. For instance, we knew that unfaithfulness is not good, or lying and cheating is not good but why is it that our minds and hearts were drawn many times to such a thing..? But we knew also that deep down within us we want to be good or do good at all times. Yes, we can be a good boy or good girl for some time, some hours, some days or some month maximum, but we cannot all the time persevere on our own effort till the end. This is the reality of our human frailty and weakness that we have to face and bear till the end of our life’s journey. I think we all know that loving relationship and commitment is not all the time easy and smooth sailing, but it’s really a struggle to live it every day. Indeed it is a great challenge for all of us. Since it is beyond our human capacity to be faithful to our relationship and commitment all the time after sin enter into us, we go back once again, to the source of love (God) whom we can truly rely and depend with, because He Himself is LOVE, TRUTH and FAITHFUL GOD and He has all the power to help us in our need. Our human tendency when we are hurt and wounded and in pain in our commitment and relationship, our love prematurely ends in there, we immediately give up and we become bitter, angry, hopeless, depress, and worst, we want to take revenge. If people in the world continue to live such a kind of behavior towards each other in their loving commitment and relationship in tough times, what a miserable and sad life it becomes this earth to live in. I do believe nobody wants to live such a kind of life. Because by nature, our loving commitment and relationship will gives us indeed a great joy, though at times it entails a sacrifice and difficulties. If we only love those who are good, faithful and love us back… it’s no big deal. But the great challenge is, if we hang on to God’s love in us, we will be given by Him grace and power to sacrifice and to search everything for the good of our beloved both for their body and spirit, whether that beloved of ours is our family, friends, lovers, husband or wife. This kind of love is redeeming because God works in us and it enable us to love selflessly, wholeheartedly without judging and condemning of our beloved’s weakness, failings, sins and unfaithfulness, rather it will helps us go through to reach out to them to forgive and accepts them back, with joy and open arms. Through this, we both save our self and our love ones from the deception and dominion of the evil one, much more it will draws us back to the original truth of what is really love: To care and protect our love ones at all times in all circumstances. This is the hardest and difficult thing to do in real life, without faith, grace and power of God it is really impossible to do it by our self, but if we have faith in God, and hope in His grace, I believed nothing is impossible with Him; with God, we can do all things for our love ones, even to give up our life for them. You mean in the original? It's not digitized because of the high notes. It's the rapid staccato-like part. The original used real live person to record many different notes, then "cut and paste" those different notes into one rapid staccato-like part, which Dimash replaced with real staccato here.

When Dimash first shifted from baritone to his higher register in this song, he wasn't singing soprano, as you suggested. He was singing tenor - in a male chest voice. Later, he *did* shift to soprano, the female voice. It can be a bit confusing to classify everything he is doing, because there seems to be nothing a human can do - of either gender - that he can't also do, except for singing bass. That is his only limit. He has completely mastered the baritone, tenor, male falsetto, contralto, soprano, and whistle voice. In a given portion of his range, he can select which voice he wants to use. In this song, he used most of them. He makes it look easy, because for him, it is. He's that well-trained. Dimash's whistle voice is worth remarking upon. His tone is so pure, it astonishes me. And he uses it effortlessly and with full control. I don't wake up in the morning hoping to hear a man sing in the sixth octave, and I think Dimash realizes that is true of most of us. So he builds dramatic tension in his presentations, to the point where we *want* to see fireworks, hear explosions, watch breaking glass. Then he delivers. Dimash is a hell of a showman.

I've watched just about every video on Dimash. So far, his range , from what I have observed, is from C2 to D8. That's 6 octaves and one whole step. Or you could say 2 octaves below Middle C,(C4), to 4 octaves and one Whole step Up from middle C.
