It's wonderful to find a singer who can just open his mouth, and you know he will truly, deeply move you. Call it magic or just plain magnificent, his gift is one that we all get to share in, and have the pleasure of being uplifted every time.By the way, he's 6'3" tall. As a writer, I've come to realize that we're going to have to create new words to make any attempt adequately to describe him. I love hearing, in your reaction, the things I feel when I listen to Dimash. We Dears truly love to hear him appreciated and enjoyed. Although it may sound corny, before I encountered Dimash I had suffered for over 40 years with severe, agonizing clinical depression. I don't know if it was Dimash or coincidence, but within a week of first hearing Dimash, I began to get relief from the depression. In less than a month I was completely free of it, and it has never come back. I think it's quite possible that his singing affected my brain chemistry. At any rate, I also love him and his singing, beyond what I can express. Thank you sincerely for your wonderful reaction, and for your willingness to share.

Dimash has this way of using intonation, vocal dynamics, vocal cries, phrasing, timing, facial expressions and over all body language in such a smooth seamless perfectly choreographed way that has pulls the listen in regardless of the language barrier. He captivates the listener and then magically transfers all that emotion. He does this with virtually every song. Happy or sad or desperate or powerful. His range is out of this world...yes. But his ability to connect to the audience is his biggest talent. I appreciate you going song for song in chronological order. But do yourself a favor and keep going because some of his best stuff is his more recent stuff. Love your set up by the way! Video backdrop, font, your mic everything looks very polished. And I appreciate your sincerity.

Love your reaction. This wasn’t my style of music either until I stumbled across Dimash. Now I can’t go a day without listening to him. Once he gets into your soul you’re hooked. The Queen, Show must go on is I think the third performance. Watch it on Gloria Wu’s channel to avoid copy strikes. She also gives brilliant background information about the songs. Autumn Strong and Day Break being prime examples.

It's quite amazing how a young guy like that can pull these emotions in himself and others. If it were true what they say about true artists habing to know pain/suffering if they want to excel, he must have had the crappiest life ever.
