Im 52 years old..I have listened to thousands of singers...I have entertainers I prefer over Dimash due to flavor but he is so good that he can force you to listen to styles of music you don't even care for...Im not a Country music fan but I would tune in if he was singing it🤣🤣 Dimash is hands down the best vocalist on the planet..past..present and future...this is 5 years ago...He is better now....I have yet to hear him even wobble a note live...He is perfect everytime...I actually want to witness a slight falter to prove he is human🤣....I suggest you react to Ogni Pietra 2021 or Stranger...Those 2 songs along with numerous others will blow you away more than this one...He is phenomenal!

It’s from the Show The Singer and this was from 2017 Dimash was born May 24 1994. He is 6”3’. He was 22 at the time this show he is 27 now. He sings in 13 languages but speaks Russian and Kazakh is learning English and Mandarin.Dimash is a very shy and humble person who loves his family, Country ( Kazakhstan) and hid fans which he calls his Dears.He was invited to the Singer as a wild card by the producer only thinking he would last two rounds. Dimash took second place only because it was against their rules for a foreigner to win. They changed that rule the following year. Dimash was the first to sing on the show. No body knew about him not even his competitors ( the people you seen at the end being surprised). After he sang this song and the next day he went to go outside they told him that he couldn’t go without his bodyguards! Dimash had gotten over 600 million likes on the Chinese RU-vid. Dimash was the first singer on the first episode of the show. He WOWED everyone with this performance. He became an overnight sensation and blew up in China and on RU-vid! I discovered him just a week later when he covered Vitas' song Opera 2. 😂 All of those contestants backstage are professional singers/performers. The Singer is a show for only established artists and Dimash was invited as a Wild Card, because he was just starting his career in Kazakhstan. This is the first performance in a contest in China and they did not know what to expect. This was a contest for professional singers and he was not well known and a wild card that wasn't expected to last for more than 3 songs. But he shocked everyone and the Chinese internet was shut down from over 600 million getting online to learn more about him. Next day he awoke to find bodyguards assigned to him. He became a star with one performance and and has not slowed down in his assent to become a legend. He had many sell-out concerts( one this month in Dubai) and his concert in NYC was a big event and his first in USA. He did this song again in 2021 on his official You Tube during a digital concert he did which raised money to purchase equipment for an oncology center in his home country of Kazakhstan. It is stunning and if you want angel, do a version of Ava Maria, written just for him by famous composer Igor Krutoy. It has no lyrics, just his voice in a vocalize. He sings in many languages including his native Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, English, Mandarin French, Turkish etc. He speaks fluent Kazakh of course, as well as Russian and he has worked hard and is now very good in English as well. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. For reference, Mike Patton's documented range is 6 octaves, which is also exceptional. But, as Dimash says, it's not about how many octaves he has, a secret he says he won't reveal, but rather that he should sing well. In many of his songs Dimash will only use 2 or 3 octaves and just move listeners to tears with the beauty of his voice. The Singer , it was a Chinese show for highly respected singers to compete, Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on tv he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. He is now a world class artist, still just turned 27 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, (on hold due to covid-19) he also performs in concerts with the famous Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. When I first heard Dimash 5 years ago, I couldn't believe my ears either. I was tempted to look behind my laptop like a little kid to see if there was another singer hiding there.🤣 From that day on, not a day goes by that I don't hear Dimash. This song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' 1978, well known in French-speaking countries) and is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight. The best comment from a Dear under this video: „If you are having a bad day, remember, someone had to sing after him.“ 🤣 The competition was open in 2013 to well-known professional singers from the music industry worldwide (theoretically). In reality, only 2 or 3 non-Chinese contestants (Koreans) attended the show. Foreign participants have been banned since 2016. (The ban was originally intended only for Koreans, but unofficially applied to all foreigners. The Chinese government wanted to ban Korean influence, even though the show was invented in Korea). In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time (politics). The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home. Despite Dimash's planned brief presence, his name was intended to be symbolic and understandable to the public. The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. won). Very enjoyable reaction. I don't usually subscribe on a first Dimash reaction but I have for yours. Dimash has millions of fans across 140 countries (he named them his Dears) and he is universally adored not just because of his voice or his stage presence but also because of the awesome, humble, grounded, loving and generous person that he is. He will surprise you every time, he floats from genre to genre singing anything from Opera to Rap and everything in between. Buckle up and enjoy the ride. It only gets better as he gets older as he never rests on his laurels and works constantly to improve his voice and his music (he composes as well as playing 7 instruments) Btw his official music videos are a work of art in themselves. Dimash was invited as a wild card. He was the first non Chinese contestant to participate. He took second place which in itself was amazing. At the time only Chinese performers could win. He was very well known in Kazakhstan and Russia but after that performance he became an overnight sensation in China. His album went platinum in 35 seconds then triple platinum in 5 mins in China. He woke up to having to have body guards which blew his mind. He has a huge fan base now all around the world. He is so talented but he also such an amazing human being. He’s so humble and kind and has so much respect for people. I could go on and on about him but you will see for yourself what an amazing and special person he is. He is truly a gift from God. I would recommend sinful passion next then a more recent performance of stranger nu wave 2021. Then you must do sos from his digital concert 2021. Hrs even better now than he was in that performance.
