Phantacity is a new Hunan show where actors and singers are invited and paired with directors and the goal is to create an eight minute music video. Artists and directors create a concept, rehearse and get ready for the filming during show. The video is shot in one take, everything is live, so if anyone mess up they better be good at improvising. The director is mixing and editing and calling the shots on the spot. The video is show in a big screen to the audience, while all the action is happening behind the screen (behind the screen is a huge studio with different filming sets, camera crews, supporting actors, the music band, and anything needed). This is a very ambitious production and very expensive, which have been the main critics to the show, but the audience love it.

I love both of these songs so much. His english just improves by leaps and bounds. I think the last note he sings in If I Never Breathe Again is one of the most perfect notes I've ever heard. ❤❤❤ DKIFC-USA
If I never breathe again is an old song, but cannot find original. The 2nd one is When You Believe, Prince of Egypt sung by Mariah & Whitney Houston. Dimash intended to focus on emotion of the story, so he changed the way he sings. DimashDears-Thailand

There's a vid when he was a teen, who with his friends in a car, tried to talk w/2 cute girls as they jumped out if the car w/their instruments + started playing right there, while he sang..The girls flirted but kept walking away & the boys would move to a diff. spot & play..He did a vid in China, where he was "dating' a girl (he'd talk to the camera, or you'd see her, but not her face) & they'd hide from the paparazzi-he was acting & flirting)..He just shot a vid for "Love Of Tired Swans" & it looks hottt!...He has/had a college girldriend, don't know if still? Mid-Eastern & Eastern people aeen't as casual about dating as in the West.😊
"PhantaCity" is a new weekly Hunan program that features 4 musical vinettes each episode. I've been watching from the beginning and was thrilled to see Dimash on the show! I think this was on episode 8. Mr. He, the moderator, I like as well. I like one of his other programs called "Back to Field". He and some other noted celebs live on a working farm during the summer and they have famous guests on who have to help farm and cook in order to be served a home cooked meal and sleep over night or two.
It is a sad story with happy ending. I would like to have the hibernation capsule too. Still not aging after long hibernate. 😂😂😂 He's got potential in acting industry. Probably one day he may become a good actor. And, don't ever believe what he said. His mom don't want him to kiss?Really? He's a good actor, you know? 🤣🤣🤣 Btw, I enjoyed watching your reaction. The meaning of the show is that the artist should take an 8-minute video with one double. Three days are given for rehearsals, then shooting: without a chance to make a mistake you need to completely play the whole story and perform the song. Directors will not change the bad frame - it's online shooting. Short story: rising star prof. boxing proudly refuses to lose the fight and wins the championship against the threats, resulting in bad people going to punish him. They want to kill him with a car, but his girlfriend closes herself and pushes him away, she's in a coma. For 4 years, doctors and Dimash are looking for ways to cure her, he throws prof. boxing and goes into fights without rules - they pay more. He stores for cryopreservation - until the medicine reaches the level when treatment becomes possible. Together with her, Dimash freezes himself, unable to live on without his beloved. After many years he wakes up.

The first song, "If I never Breathe Again" is a song by canadian singer-composer Mark Masri from 2009. The song was inspired by a couple Mr. Masri knew that get engaged but soon after that she get diagnose with terminal cancer. Although they knew she will not leave the hospital, he granted her wish to be married. They married at the hospital and she died a few days later. For Mr. Masri the act was a selfless gift from each other. So, now that I look at it, the basic concept of this story have some similarities with the real one. Keep the good work
He was joking about the kissing, in his bastau concert when he made the video for the give me love song he didn't look shy at all, I think that the language barrier is a strong issue to get along with his co-workers in China, I think he was more worried about forgetting his lines because he spoke English. About the shaky voice maybe it was intentional, because he has a really great control over his voice.
