The guitarist from "The Queens " Mr. Brian May appreciated and congratulated Dimash for his performance. The original one by Mr. Fredie Mercury is sad song as this was his last song before his death. Dimash made it different like fighting back kind of spirit.

There is no denying his voice, it is the best in the world. And I appreciated him more when he had the courage to sing this song in English even though he couldn't speak it back then, who else would dare do such a thing, especially the so called mainstream singers? Also grandmas can be as young as 40 or 45 years old. There are many very young dears, girls and boys but the fact that he can cause older people to feel such passion for music says it all. Age should not be a issue because everyone has the right to their music preferences and although I have listened to many genres throughout my life, when I heard Dimash for the first time, I said " Ok there's hope for this world". If he can cause me to think like that, then he has succeeded as a musician.
I disagree.Technically he is outstanding,but far from best in the world.This song was raped by him.I felt nothing,except sadness for ruining a great-great emotional song.

@@user-im4jn9rt9n они вовсе так не считают.....здесь они сказали это с юмором не объясняя, а в прошлом видео они говорили, что им написали поклонницы Димаша которые сказали, что они уже бабушки..и и они говорили, что Димаша любят все...даже бабушки и покалывали, что это такие крутые и продвинутые бабушки. Что им редко пишут бабушки , поэтому они передают им привет. Если вас это оскорбляет, то не смотрите, только не надо вводить людей в заблуждение
This is not one of my favorites but he did a great job with his vocals, as usual. This is his first English song and he didn't speak a lick of English so he learned it phonetically in a week. He did really good considering, but this is a personal song for me and Queen is my all time favorite band so I'm biased. With that said, I think by the end of his career, he's going to be bigger than Freddie. 😍
@@Neji513 😂🤣 I know what you mean. That's how I felt with Hello. I was so used to Lionel's soft lullaby version that it took me a long time to appreciate and love Dimash's version. Now, I think his runs in that song is the best part about it. I can't say the same for TSMGO though. The song is too personal for me.
@@SeeliaVachon Agree!Dimash most of the times does a better cover than the original-His Hello was much better than Lionel's because I thought it was a little too boring but its hard to beat Freddy Mercury if your English isn't up to speed and he was really raw in a competition trying to show his voice instead of singing,I liked Lara Fabians Adagio more than Dimash but I Like Dimash's Love of tired swans,Know and mademoiselle hyde much better than Lara's.So it goes more by song then artist.
Ohh please dispite Freddy mercury greatness he didn't sing the song better than dimash in my opinion at one point I thought it was dimash song Freddy didn't once cross my mine Dimash English might have not been that good but consider what little time he had to to learn it and the song it's really impressive he is a fast learner so I say dimash HELLO AND SHOW MUST GO ON WHERE BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL🙄🙄🙄🙄😶
Hi Brian and Stan....Thank You Stan for recognizing all the Grandmoms again....I know for myself it makes me feel so good when you say that. But, I Love both of you guys!! I am a huge Queen fan and I know Freddie was smiling from the grave over this rendition by Dimash. When Dimash does a cover song he makes it his own but, he keeps the base of the original song so you know exactly what the song is. ( I hope you understand what I am saying ). As in the song by Lionel Ritchie's song Hello, Dimash made it his own but, you knew just what song it was. Dimash also did the same with the song by Celine Dion...My Heart will go on from the movie Titanic. Have you seen that one yet?? Amazing!!! Till the next one....Peace and Love Always.... P.S. Well, not all here are grandmothers...😄😄 😁 Most of the fans are around your age. It seems Dimash quickly becoming everyone's favorite artist. 😉😄 If you look at his concerts, you will see that the audience is full of teens. Unfortunately, the younger generation does not know what is the real music and adrenaline of live music on stage. Our generation knows what it is like to feel the live singing and the true emotion of the artist on the stage. There are very few young contemporary performers who sing live, like Dimash, but none of them do it with such perfection and passion. Every song he performs is like his last song in life. That's why everyone loves him.

Earlier this year he and the Super Vocal boys did a Queen medley. Now, that was phenomenal and so fun to watch! His English has gotten so much better since 2017 too. Also, his rock voice is to die for! 😂😍😂 I loved it so much. The video is not available on RU-vid anymore but Dears have copies saved. I have a copy. ♡
@@Tricia_K I gotta be honest, I don't really view Dimash as having a great rock voice. I mean, in his upper registers, he can wail like Rob Halford and Bruce Dickinson, which is awesome, and wouldn't sound out of place in a heavy metal band, but his mid-to-low register either sounds too pretty or, if he bellows, a bit too opera-ish to me, and maybe too much of a vibrato as well. In the context of what I want in a rock vocalist, I mean. In general I absolutely love Dimash's voice. THAT said, he had a surprisingly cool rock scream during the Queen medley performance. ^_^

I love this performance, from the very beginning. His version is outstanding and unlike lots of singers who pretty much sang the same version as Freddy Mercury. He is not showing off, he is a performer. His showmanship shows he really is a great performer! If you look back to his performances, his showmanship compliments the style of his song. Dimash is a hard-working young artist, he works and learn very hard the new song being Chinese or English until perfection. Love Dimash. And you guys are fun to watch.....
