In reference to how Dimash performs to all sides of the audience, one point [tool] that is most often missed is his comfort with ambidextrous mic handling. Most singer and performers will tend to favor one hand or the other, without using their alternate hand very often -- but Dimash will switch often (usually seamlessly on a beat or progression). That not only eases tension to his hands and arms (since switching hands gives each a rest period for the muscles to relax), but it also allows him to open and pivot his body to multiple audience directions (so no are of the audience ever feels they've been ignored during a show) without always having to physically turn his whole stance towards the different sections. The dual left/right mic handling also lets his hands, arms, and body movements shift between characters and emotions -- allowing him to visually direct or "conduct" the audience as they follow along. You'll often also see him conducting his own notes by using his hands and arms as a visual aid himself as well.

Great reaction. I agree with all your opinions. I love this performance. Dimash puts a spell on his audience- I was at his concert last year in NY and the stage production was fabulous. I was at a famous rock band concert and I love their music but nothing even in lighting. It would have made such a difference.
