Getting back into skating after not doing it for 6 years. My cousin taught me how to skate when I was little and he was a good ass skater. He passed away a couple months ago. Skating is a way I’ll still keep his memory moving.

I never skated a day in my life. I have been watching/spectating for years because I find it extremely entertaining and also unique in the way it brings people together. Not a single person in this crowd is thinking about careers, money, sex, or any of the pressures of society. Just pure creativity, passion, courage, and a little bit of crazy. Simply awesome.

I was skating pretty serious when I was a youngster. Now 30 years later, I bought me a powell peralta just like I had in the late 80s. Succeded a kickflip second day. Just incredible how the body can remember tings like that. Thirty years off. Show it, ollie, onefoot, 180, quite long wheelies first day. It's never to late to begin again ☀️

Jump ramp sessions are awesome! A lot of the tricks they were doing here were not too different from our sessions in the late 80s to early 90s.

As someone who just started skating this makes me want to get out there and practice till I can be this good.
