Beautiful, played with such feeling. Loved it.

I have loved the viola for most of my 80 years since hearing our very own state symphony orchestra as a little boy when it visited our small country town in 1946. I don't recall how, but I was invited on stage and the conductor asked which of the instruments I best liked. Perhaps because it was immediately following Don Quixote, I said the viola! Thank you for bringing back the wee laddie, Elizabeth Prior, that performance of The Gadfly is exquisite.

Sounds just almost as beautiful on viola. :P And here I was thinking viola was some pathetic stunted cello. Haha, just joking. We all love to pick on the viola. :P Cadenza doesn't make sense though... Sounds bad. Should have variations on the main theme and I hear none.
