snakeeyed305 But there is a difference. In fencing, touch can make a real wound. In this kumite not. Having speed without power will not be effective that blow. This is far from a real fight. Sure, we're not going to make them fight to the death. I'm not saying that this is silly and pathetic, like other comments. I also know that this is not the whole art of karate. And why do you say that Kyokushin style is heretical?
