With most verbs and adverbs, an "s" is added to the end for singular nouns, contradictory to how plural nouns work(adding an s the end of plural nouns). An example of this would be "She *jumps*" vs. "They *jump*". Because I am saying "Perfect men" with men being plural, I would use "do not" or its contraction form, "don't". If, however, I had said "The perfect man" with man being singular, I would have used "doesn't".
