I saw you hadn't posted anything in like 9 years, but decided to subscribe anyway. Like a week later you post this. What a treat! Merry Christmas to us! Can't wait until the next album drops.
Interesting how you can't really hear mush when the camera is directly behind the kit.....couldn't even hear Shagrath. I have never played a live show so I find this very interesting.
All I hear is Agnette singing and the drummer lmao. These shows are like that, I played at a stadium once in my old band and I couldn't hear shit so I had them give me the rhythm guitar only in the monitor. I can imagine giant outside fstivals are even worse.
Two words: In-ear monitoring. Stage monitors work as back-up and getting the feel of loudness on stage where musicians are positioned. But main mix the musicians hear comes through wireless in-ears to hear everything they want consistently without increasing the loudness on stage and thus making it easier for techs to mix the FOH, which is the one the audience hears. It is surprising for me that you can hear anything at all behind the stage. I would've guessed that everything, except drums, would've been relatively silent.
All right then, stop continuing of doing nothing and make the new album. "Enthrone darkness triumphant" part II is what I need. Peter Tägtgren approved.
Hell yeah..... This is not the Dimmu Borgir I know it's a complete different band... This is not to shit on any band members or fans but the loss of the old mighty band and the music they produced is just mindblowing. Now its just soft power metal band with no personality unfortunately.
Normally when drummers play a song too fast it’s like ahh man he’s speeding up a bit there that’s a shame. In this case it’s just like how fuck are you speeding this up 😂 amazing!
