The wall looks good, love the color. A bit concerned that the frames are just leaning on the ledge, wouldn't want the wall to get bumped by kids or dogs and have any of them fall. Curious - what did you do with the hutch that was there? Hope you were able to repurpose it to another area. TY
What you had was good before, but this looks like what was meant to be there. Especially with a smaller house, I find that minimal always looks better! Great job!!

I’m not a big fan of farmhouse decor when it’s overdone, but your farmhouse decor, is pure perfection. Not overwhelming or gimmicky (which is a big no no in my line of work-home stager) I swear you need your own tv show. Seriously, you are very talented.

Absolutely gorgeous!! I love your china closet. I actually painted mine after watching you paint yours a very long time ago… But agree it just weighed the space down. This makes it look so much lighter. I am obsessed with that sage green color now too. Have to find a room in my house to use it in now. Lol. Beautiful work!
I have always added brick, wood, crown molding to rooms it really makes it look more custom. Going to watch now but I already know I will love it. I have mixed my own paints to paint alot of my furniture now thats custom! OMG, I knew i'd love it Karrie!

Dining room looks enormous now! And very soft and elegant looking. Way way better. Green is my favorite color and that shade is actually in my kitchen with linen white wainscoting. I love it.
