GOD DAMN IT! I just finished reading the "Perennial" short story on the LOL page and it seems like Noxus is ACTUALLY preparing for another invasion... 😱It's a new story so I totally missed it with all the videos I've been making... 🤦🏻‍♀️ They don't say it for a fact but they strongly hint at it! So I take back what I said about the Noxian/Ionian war.. This might actually happen in the future! 😤💯

Jhin is easily one of the best written and developed characters. He’s amazing.

I’m pretty sure it’s been confirmed that the events in this cinematic are in future canon. Sion led the operation that’s supposed to prelude a second invasion of Ionia (it makes sense that Swain and Darius wouldn’t be there because they’re the leaders of Noxus now and shouldn’t be on such a distant frontline). Riven is in the fighting pits because she was captured by her war sisters and extradited to noxus where she was imprisoned before being condemned to execution in the pits

Me a non LOL lore reader/player: "Wow they must be rivals and a deep history behind all this, so cool" Tenebrix: "None of this make sense" Me: "Oh .. okay"

First time seeing someone get more exited than me over LoL cinematics.

I do hope you noticed Jhin had only fired three times when he bowed, his gun was even glowing red to indicate his last shot. As in, he won. Camille obviously didn't die, but being as only a week had past when he fought Zed, Shen, and Akali. He went against Camille and came out without a scratch on him. Needless to say, Camille likely needed some repairs after that one

The part with Yasuo is still kinda accurate. Everybody is fighting Sion while Yasuo is afk farming. The moment when Jhin bows down, having the 4th shot ready in his pistol. Gives me chills for days. I love Jhin, he's one of the most amazing characters in the whole universe.

You're the only one who has seen the Camille's eyes change and the wound with the flowers of Jhin.

why does Camille do that? because she has the money! I like It 😎👍

Another great detail about Jhin is that he clearly miss Camille on purpose ;)

Been waiting for this reaction since I came across this channel.

If I remember correctly, Riven’s old lore said that she defected after she witnessed Noxus engaging in honorless tactics during the war (using chemical weapons, etc.). She signed up to win glory, but she found no glory in murdering people who had just been gassed. Also, Sion is probably my favorite Noxian. He’s a Big Beefy Boi that just gets angry when he dies. I also like how they incorporated his lore into his character design. His bottom jaw is J1’s crown and his “top knot” is a broken spear. I also read somewhere, that the reason Jhin broke out of prison was due to his obsession with the number 4. As he was captured by Shen, Zed, and Kasho, adding himself made 4, which made his capture “perfect”. Once Kasho died, it ruined the whole thing in his mind, so he broke out of prison to resume his “art”. Not sure how true it is, but it was an interesting concept.

It is speculated that this is a new Ionian invasion. Riven tried to protect the village but was captured and sent to fight in the arena. Darius and Swain are just not in the specific battle I guess.

In the trailer for Arcane you can see some Crystals....maybe its the story how Camilles Clan became rich (or the first harvesting of them) or it's about the first synthetic Crystals.

7:15 I believe we cannot watch these multi-scene cinematics and trust all of the parts are happening at the same time. Still, I'm pretty sure these events could happen in the future (in another Noxian invasion of Ionia). That would explain why Sion is there, why Irelia is older and Ionians are looking up to her in the first scenes (what she did in the past makes her their hope now), why Riven has been captured (she is chained in the fighting pits scene and I doubt she would be there intentionally), why Yasuo is defending Ionia, etc.

And no one ever catches the moment before the Riven's headbutt, Draven wiped his nose of blood. I believe that was a mis-edit or the editor reversed the scenes to fit the music better.

Anyone else noticed the counter on the hex gun Jhin holds? You know like, when he first draws there are four marks lit up in the side of the gun, but when he bows there is only one, showing he's kinda saving that shot for Camille

"Why is X in A while Y is in B? These events never happened at the same time!" Uh, have you considered that the three stories in the video are NOT happening at the same time? There's nothing in the video itself to indicate that the stories are happening simultaneously except for the fact that the video transitions back and forth between them.

A detail that some people say about Jhin in this cinematic is that the purple "explosions" might be all the blood from the soldiers that stepped on Jhin's traps but we are viewing it from Jhin's perspective.

If you've read the 'Sisterhood of War' story, of which the last part came out recently, you'll know why Riven is in the fighting pits. I am fully aware the story wasn't complete at the time of this video.

But in all seriousness, Jhin is pretty interesting. Since the Zed comic confirmed the part with Jhin and Camille is canon, I wonder if we will soon hear about a second Ionian invasion from Noxus. That would make the rest of the cinematic canon as well.

So glad they made that scene canon. Jhin is so fucking cool. Like I like Yasuo, not because I'm a weeb and neither because I'm an ape, but because everything about Japanese history is fucking epic. And I really like his lore and all of his edgy quotes but goddamn. Jhin is a perfect champ. Not only did they make everything about him perfect, the reveal, all the little hints to 4, the comic but even the champion is great. He is almost always a viable pick and is beyond fun to play. The only adc I can play without actually wanting to kill myself.

Actually, Yasuo WAS wrong, because he IS guilty of his masters` death, albeit inderectly. Yasou was supposed to be guarding his masters residence, but left his post to fight the war. Thus Riven had been able to come unobstructed.

I Stan you stan-ing noxus cuz yeah, at first when nobody cares about the lore it was demacia good noxus bad , but nowadays I genuinely don't like demacia as a whole (I guess I can make an exception for Poppy), then last year I started reading the lore, I learned about the black rose how noxus territory has the immortal bastion, targon, Ionia as a whole, etc. But I see demacia now and is like a bunch of people that hates magic even tho they use magic themselves

I dont know if you watched the video necrit has put up on this cinematic, but his theory on the last theater scene is that basically everything there is just exploding people with blood flying all over the place. Only in Jhin's twisted mind this colorfull image is seen. What do you think about this, because for me it would make a lot of sense considering all the traps he placed and that only his gun/bullets are infused with magic but not his traps.
