In this video, we head to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House for an impromptu dinner at Jiko: The Cooking Place. We had not dined at this Disney signature restaurant in 5 years, so we were looking forward to eating at the restaurant again after they recently re-opened.
