The only difference is that there's less connection now between the shots which show his face and the shots with the only show his hands. Also his tomato-and-whipped cream blends are less delectable than they used to be. Other than that he's hasn't changed a bit.

The carbonara one was actually correct thought it is pasta egg ham and cheese and some people I think sometimes use cream and some swap the ham for bacon lardons
