We cooked a dinner with vegetables on charcoal in our country house.
On our menu: fried flounder, bruschetta with baked pepper and cottage cheese, young roots baked in foil.

Bruschetta:
Bake red bell peppers and cover in a bowl to steam for easier peeling.
Peel and grind.
On toasted bread, grated with garlic, spread curd cheese, and put peppers, salt and sprinkle with thyme, drizzle with olive oil
Baked Root Vegetables:
Cut the roots lengthwise, cut the garlic into slices and add the herbs, pour over with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake for 40-50 minutes.
We just wanted to fry the flounder, but something went wrong ... the strong fire let us down and it stuck ... the look deteriorated, but the taste did not suffer!)))
The sauce was made from lemon and orange zest, with the addition of tarragon and olive oil.
