11:12 Both Ceratopsians (Lightning Dinosaurs) & Pachycephalosaurs are also in the Clade; Marginocephalia. Therefore, it makes even more sense because they're related.

At least (to me) Stygimoloch and Dracorex weren't in that series before that was considered synonyms of Pachycephalosaurus according to Wikipedia.

No way finally I’ve always wondered what where the original elements for the Secret Dinosaurs
@cjacobs851

It’s really not hard to see therizinosaurus as a fire type since, despite being a herbivore/omnivore, it fits the description. It’s a giant theropod which is what every fire type basically is (at least in the anime/game)

With how a fair few are based off move card summons near the end, I would have liked a poison based 1, forgot the dinosaurs name though, but the move was like "venom fang" or something, a secret based off that could have been cool

So ive had a theory about therizinosaurus. We know fire type is broken down into tyrannosaurus, and then the biggest theropod dinosaurs. What if, like Megalosaurus and afrovenator, Therizinosaurus was only in the fire category because of its size. Now, would that put the therizinosaurs in wind? Not with them being described as pot bellied and slow. Now, what other type is described as being somewhat useless in a fight thats also filled with herbivores? Grass type. Considering each secret dinosaur corresponds to one of the six types (Megalosaurus fire, deinonychus wind, grass therizinosaurs, pawpawsaurus earth, pachycephalosaurus thunder, apatosaurus water) in this way the secret types showcase what other dinosaurs can be included in each type fire being mostly tyrannosaurs but also mega predators like megalo, wind being fast small carnivores but also includes a card that has the potential for a pack of three raptors, pawpaw shows both nodosaurs and ankylosaurs belong to earth, thunder showed us that all the marginocephalia belong to that class, water showcased a main water type that was a sauropod over a spinosauridea. I feel like that would support the idea that a big lumbering herbivore (like the therizinosaurs) would belong to grass. The ecological niche they were though to exploit was the same role as a ground sloth. Them using movecards other than the specialized moves included in the secret card would be difficult unless they're summoning dinosaurs in to do attacks for them like the grass types do. Now the smallest proto therizinosaurs (like vulcarius) would still be wind due to size and speed. This would make therizinosaurs the most diverse in terms of element affiliation. It would normally be a wind or grass type with the penultimate of that class (Therizinosaurs) being a fire type as the alpha therizinosaurs (alpha as in top dog not alpha gang).

Also forgot Rajasaurus, sorry But i think what determines a fire or wind dinosaur is how nimble the area or fast they are
@LordBumblebee1238
@LordBumblebee1238 7 месяцев назад
If Therizinosaurus used Blazing Spin it probably would’ve used its claws rather than its mouth, now imagine how a Gigantoraptor would do these attacks

Im here early! Btw prince have you ever noticed something predictable about the 6 main elements? Earth something on their tail and back, wind carnivore with something on their head, grass herbivore with something on their head, lightning horns and a frill, water something on its back only, and fire large carnivore.
@GTSE2005
@GTSE2005 6 месяцев назад
I think it's mainly based on the clades (and sizes in the case of theropods) the dinos are from. Earth: Thyreophora Lightning: Ceratopsids Water: Sauropods and spinosaurs Grass: Ornithopods Fire: Large theropod Wind: Small-medium theropod
@KrishnaAlonte-ok8cp
@KrishnaAlonte-ok8cp 6 месяцев назад
@@GTSE2005 thanks. But I was just trying to mainly sum up the similarities that each dino of a specific element have. Still thanks.

Here’s a more interesting take on one Dino. Eoraptor (Ee-O-Raptor). Sing a Dinosaur King was finished before some of the news research was done on this animal. I could excuse it for being placed as a Wind Element Dino. Better research on Eoraptor now tells that it is an omnivore. But most of all, is also my reason for a different group placement for it. It should either be in the Grass or Water Element groups. Because Eoraptor is now considered an early branching member of the Sauropodomorph group!
@theredblur9598
@theredblur9598 3 месяца назад
(2:56) Despite Cryolophosaurus fitting into the wind element, the 2 moves that it used throughout the series are Snow Crystals and Blizzard Smash, which sound like moves that a dinosaur of the water element would use.
@CasualPrince8
@CasualPrince8 3 месяца назад
Water Elemental moves have never had anything to do with ice, and Cryolophosaurus doesn't fit into the Water Category at all, either.

@CasualPrince8 7 месяцев назад
That's a bit too small of a topic to do an entire video on.
@BioniclesaurKing4t2
@BioniclesaurKing4t2 7 месяцев назад
The abelisaurids are split between Wind (Carnotaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops) and Fire (Rajasaurus, Abelisaurus itself), like other theropod families, primarily by size, visual ferocity, or "we need another entry in this category, you'll do". Not much more to it.

@@CasualPrince8 good point i could have phrased that better, since THAT is what i meant still though, cool video, i never knew Therizinosaurus was a fire type originally think another fun thing to ponder is since the secrets were made by fusing a dinosaur with a move, i wonder what they were fused with, since i have a theory that the Cryolphosaurus was fused with water moves to MAKE ice, since in the DS game there was a move that was a water move that was boosted by wind and had a name like "frozen sphere" or something, so i wonder if some secrets are created by mixing types
