For all the angry Goku fans, Dio can actually kill Goku technically. All Dio would have to do is stop time, but use his stand to reach into Goku's heart and brain, and crush em both 😐
@@madeinthei8482 Well he was able to move after powering up once, but Dio doesn't have a cool down on how often he could stop time. He could just repeat the process until Goku runs out of transformations. If not that, Dio could crush Goku's brain and heart faster than he could power up.
A fun thought experiment indeed... Goku cannot technically harm Za Warudo, not being a stand user. But he can sense life energy, which Za Warudo is made out of. He might be able to see it's movements. But he can't move through frozen time (except for maybe the shenanigans with Hit, but I don't think the two are comparable). The question is this: could Dio outmaneuver Goku with time manipulation, and overcome his tremendous ki defences with vampiric magic, or could Goku find a way past Za Warudo and land attacks on Dio directly? Dio wouldn't hold up against that kind of onslaught for long. I have no idea.
well you all loosing a part. goku has ultra intstinct wich is able to Dodge nearly everything. if you watched db he is really fast. and if you know that dios movements and stand is slower than gokus. and maybee ultra intstinct can move / dodge in time stop because of the Ability of the form.

Nobody can beat dio except jotaro, naruto, sasuke, natsu, luffy, Goku, madara, beerus, kenshiro, sonic, archie sonic, shadow, xeno goku, demigra, superman, ben 10, cuthulu, green latern, king thanos, thanos, hulk, silver surfer, jiren, kaguya, lucifer, the presence, saitama, krillin, cell, bugs bunny, arale, dark synider, rayquaza, kirby, meta knight, galacta knight, marx, void, dialga, deoxys, buu, frieza, saint seiya, hit, cosmic Armor, strange visitor, post crisis, golden age, prime 1 million, super boy prime, ect. Everyone I mentioned is at least country level expect jotaro and bugs bunny kind of is and isn’t while Dio is building level. Non of these fights would even be close (except jotaro) because dio is total fodder.

It’s a lot easier to estimate whose stronger based on what they _can_ do, and call them the winner, than it is to figure out what they actually _would_ do if they met and how it would end. That depends on the circumstances of the encounter, and many other factors. How do stands interact with ki/god ki, and vice-versa? How do those interactions change when time is stopped, if they do? Where do they meet? Why do they meet? What do they know about each other and their abilities, if anything? How do they know what they know, if they know something? ... Would they even fight at all? The list could go on forever, but I need to go to sleep. If they stumble upon each other randomly, I imagine one of the most likely scenarios is that DIO sweet talks Goku in to thinking he’s a good guy (or something), and after finding out about his absurd strength, (and whatever else he’ll have absolutely no trouble getting Goku to tell him,) manipulates him into opening doors for him that eventually lead to his universal domination. But that’s just my opinion based on what I think I know about the characters.
@Todd Howard I think you’re forgetting that dio can’t touch goku. comprehend his speed or strength, couldn’t stop him in time, and can’t damage him. Dio is building level and goku is low multiversal what do you mean dio is dangerous?
this is still like two different moves plus hit can only skip like a fraction of a second where as dio can free stop time as move within stop time for about 9 second at the end of part 3
First of all, Hit's time skip is in fact, that, a time skip, it doesn't stop time. ... Hit's time skip is like a small Kamui dimension where the time flows much faster than the real world, but wait, it is not that simple, unlike Kamui dimension, Hit can still see the real world while he is moving inside his own dimension

@@humanobject0.129 Well, I know this is a bit of headcanon, but i think that achieving Heaven means going incredible Hights for something you want to change. If you truly believe that you want to change something and have a way to do it, you will achieve heaven. Jotaro in Game has defeated many villians and went incredible journeys to defeat Dio and Heaven Acension Dio, granting him the title of Heaven Acended.
Mugen usually does no require anything special. Maybe you have problems with OpenGL? If so, you might try to go into the mugen.cfg file and change the RenderMode=OpenGL line to RenderMode=System or DirectX one
Well take a look at a character in JoJo with the ability to erase/skip time, Diavolo and his Stand King Crimson. The way time stop works is that, no matter what, the entire universe is frozen in time. You cant move, you cant feel, time is just stopped. However, Jotaro has a Stand capable of negating this. This is because the Stands ability is also to stop time, so if both have a Stand capable of controlling time, they can both move withing stopped time. Goku doesnt have that
Because if the Zenos delete the universe Dio can just stop time and Jotaro can move because he could move even when Dio stops time as in the Jotaro vs Dio fight.
yeeterguy zenos destroys the universe instant and that instant I’m talking bout they destroy the universe is way faster than light but also for them to use za warudo effectively zenos have to be in 5 to 10 meter range and the world and star platinum r faster than light but almost 2x faster than light while zenos can destroy he universe faster than that
@@300versityroughness8 Thats wrong, Zeno actually hovers at first then deletes the universe and Jotaro's star platinum IS faster than light and the time stop is instant along with Dio's vampire the world. And if both of their time stops combined that would mean it would be 180 meters, so if the world manages to get a bloodsuck muda and a star finger from star platinum, Zeno would be dead.

Yeah, Dio cannot really react to Goku's speed at all, he's got instant transmission and better speed than Dio but Dio needs to be in his ascended heaven form or whatever to be able to clap Goku
Maybe Kid Goku. But this is universal tournament Goku. Who literally fought a GOD OF DESTRUCTION. The clash of their fists was able to almost tear the universe apart. He still has that power and then some. DIO is mountain buster at most. Goku is Galaxy+ level.
Guys, Hit CAN'T STOP TIME LIKE DIO. He SKIPS time, meaning he jumps forward in time about one second. He's basically in another dimension for that time. It's as if his attacks were "frame 1",because he literally SKIPS the startup.
time skip: skips a part of time. can be broken (as seen in the filler arc) time stop: stops time,advances with each time stop until it controls time,cannot be broken unless its the same type of stand.
@@theomegagamer1237 ive been telling people this for the longest time. DIO's time stop is not the same as other characters. When DIO stops time, he is doing it because its his Stands ability... however that means that only Stands with the ability to negate it can move in stopped time. Thank you man, very cool
