Tune in for the unveiling of Dior Autumn-Winter 2023-2024 by Maria Grazia Chiuri, live from Paris, with set artwork by Joana Vasconcelos. #DiorAW23 #MariaGraziaChiuri
Thats too funny, because that was my first thought "Oh! it appears wrinkles are in this year". and WHY do they have their models walk like pigeon toed elephants? Give me 1947 Dior any day.
Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, this is a beautiful piece of designs and am investing my millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
@@rebecca_burns14 Not at all, having monitored edge my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping $673k from just the past two quarters alone, I have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market. I must say it's the boldest decision I've taken since recently.
@@edward.abraham I've been thinking of going that route, been holding on to a bunch of stocks that keeps tanking and I don't know if to keep holding or just dump them, think your Fin-coach could guide me with portfolio-restructuring

These clothes are understated and subtle style and also practical; which is what I want to see. While some are underwhelmed, I am impressed and can see myself wearing them.

So proud of our portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos. Her piece valquiria is breathtaking and she showcased portuguese culture in such a mesmerizing way😍🤩
If Joana Vasconcelos was making clothes anything like her art... well I would be willing to wait many hours in line to get a vest or a blouse that she made.
@@catherineleslie-faye4302 Dior should be ashamed of missing an opportunity to actually work with the set designer as their fabric/textile consultant....
It's not boring. It's simple, timeless pieces that you can easily stylish and creates a great outfit or just add some jewelry or make another kind of hairstyle. When we think about "Fashion" always think about crazy and random things but it's more than that. It's classic. It's the perfect example that you can look amazing with minimalist pieces. The beauty of simplicity.
To me the clothes were an elegant, edgy, unique and empowered woman walking in her magical world, the set was the perfect environment for this collection. That level of gorgeous design was no accident. Even the deep royal blue floor against the rich colours. I feel like it all spoke to me. I loved it.
I do not understand the negativity towards this collection. I loved it - understated, timeless, finally a return to elegance. Well done, Maria Grazia Chiuri 👍
I got a thrill of recognition when I saw the blue floral skirt and the white shirt. And the fluffy jumpers, and the twinkly dinner dresses. I could have swept many of these garments up and brought them home. So many designers produce wonderful designs, but to my mind they are largely unwearable. Lovely!
Alors qu'est ce qu'on peut retenir de ce défilé Dior : 1) - La décoration est magnifique. 2) - Les mannequins ont bien défilé .. .. Après y a plus rien à dire, point barre.
I love Dior! It transported me to my mother's clothes with very long skirts, always in black or/and white and sometimes a little bit of colour. I would love to see more designs.I could see lots of boots, very few hats, old fashion gloves and a huge bag. I will watch it again to discover textures and details. Thanks for sharing! I love it!
I love this collection. It carries the DNA of the 1950and 60s. I turned 12 in 1956, the year I started to seriously take in the content of my mother's collection of Vogue magazines. I was so taken with the beautiful clothing that was photographed in such a creative way. All women could outfit themselves in these outfits of simple lines with slim skirts and gathered skirts and full circle skirts with simple tops of shirts, knit short sleeve sweaters , cardigans. The dresses were fitted with darts and fitted waistlines with zippers down the back. My mother and I would pick out patterns from books from McCalls, Simplicity, and Vogue in the fabric departments of local department stores. The department stores had fabulous fabric departments that had American made cottons and wools , laces, chiffons, brocades, seersuckers. It was a creative wonderland. Of course, clothing could be purchased that reflected the style of the day, and some of it was quite good, even for children. I remember a coat my mother purchased a coat for me from the Montgomery Ward catalog that was reversible; one side was a khaki raincoat with front hidden pockets and detachable hood and the reverse was a beautifu blackl Harris wool tweed, hidden pockets and hood. I will never forget that elegant coat. The styles in this Dior collection has dresses a young girl could wear confidently and ones a women in her 90s could carry off and look beautiful and elegant. I like the look of subtle, elegant makeup and hair. longer hemlines are so flattering to everyone. Simple shoes with medium heels are the best. As a woman fast approaching age 80, I am so happy the look of the 1950s and 60s has always been my go to look after trying the looks of the 1970s and beyond . Right now , sitting in my home, after doing laundry, walking my dog, visiting with a friend, and washing my car, I am wearing a pair of dark denim pants and a long sleeve blue johnny collared sweater. My makeup is subtle , but present, and my short hair may no longer be dark brown, but it is different shades of gray and white. I can say I know I am comfortable in my skin. I wish that for all people. I found my style and it suits me.
Какой прекрасный комментарий.. Какое счастье родиться в свободной стране и с детства иметь доступ к красоте, изяществу, хорошему вкусу. Мир спасет только красота и любовь.
The set definitely looks terrific, but the problem is - it's not the set for this particular collection, which has a very different style, tone and feeling to it. I actually like this collection - understated, quiet, subtle, conservative, exceptionally well-made and very wearable. There's some sparkle but little spectacle to it. And sometimes that's a good thing. A very good thing.
Maybe it's a purposefully jarring juxtaposition......the world is an overwhelming technicolor mind fxxx, so you need to tackle the chaos 100% all business ;)
Kalo emang ga suka sama komennya ya ga usah dibaca gitu aja repot..... Inget jangan banyakin DOSA kalo mau bikin gaduh jangan disini Tolong ya..... 🙏
Absolutely exquisite. Not sure if some of the commenters watched THE WHOLE presentation to the end but the clothes were perfection. I wish I was there... 😊❤
This collection soars! Love the dark goth/punk influences of late 80s vintage and thrift loving street youth! All harkening back to the bohemian days of the left bank district in Paris, of student politics and poetry. Love it all, but most especially the pea coat vest. I would definitily rock that and many of these looks.
Joana Vasconcelos, the Portuguese Artist behind the stunning scenery. All stitch by hand. amazing, speechless. I want to wear this piece of art not the clothes !
I think the collection is wonderful!! Exactly what we need these days Chic practicle feminin not looking to impress with crazy ideas!! I would like to wear every single piece of the collection!❤️
Decor at its full expression and splendor can only be the setting nowdays, a kind of remembrance and heartfelt heritage but clothes need to be wearable which doesn’t mean they are simple; they reveal crafts and knowhow. So the whole show is perfect 💫
Don't criticize the clothes until you have watched to the end. The colours and tones are rich, subtle and match the decorations. Everything is textured and stylish, sumptuous and wearable. I love this collection.
❤ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WHOLE COLLECTION!!!❤ & THE SET IS SPECTACULAR!!😊THANK YOU!! MARIA GRAZIA CHIURI FOR THIS CLASSY TIMELESS WEARABLE ROYAL DIOR COLLECTION❤
