Can someone explain to me what the hell is so great about these boots? They seem like one of those things that people only want because they're sought after and expensive, once you take that away they're just incredibly generic combat boots. I don't understand why this particular boot is such a hyped item.
They're honestly regular boots. The leather quality isn't that great compared to other brands such as Ann D and Rick. I justified purchasing my pair because of the silhouette. There is no other boot with a slim shaft/upper, chunky crepe sole with a monster welt and the perfect 10-hole height. There are more alternatives now that are strongly inspired by the navigate boots like 'fromthefirst' but there's something special about owning the original Diors. I ended up selling my pair because I'd rather have the money to buy other things and I don't regret it at all. The price of these boots is ridiculous, but if you're willing to pay that much then you can easily get your money back.
@@mikeyng5215 Couldn't agree more, 07 Navigators have the best silhouette in my opinion. Im really into the overall shape of the toe box. Its not too chunky nor is it too short, and the tip of the toe isn't too round or too pointy so to speak. Very nice look.
