Look at problems in Canada by not controlling government wages. Bureaucracy paid much higher than regular people virtually no firings or layoffs. Education still in dark ages when teachers provided the knowledge to students but today professors make tremendous money when a child using computer programs could get better educated. This overpaying has resulted in the old,handicapped,sick living at unsustainable levels.

Let's do a simple mathematical comparison for all those that love to divert attention away from the major problems China face. If you have a house with 4 people and you're facing difficult financial times it will be difficult but reasonably sustainable. Now you have a house that has 13 people facing difficult financial times, and 3 of the 13 are getting too old to help sustain the house, unproductive mouths to feed, AND both houses have the same land size, ignoring the fact also that one house has much better geography and positioning. Which house is easier to maintain and keep order in? You see the US has a population of roughly 350 million, while China has around 1.2 to 1.4 billion people, which is easier to maintain and keep social order? It's a simple mathematical reality, both might be facing massive problems, but just the numbers alone weigh heavily against China, by orders of a large magnitude. If you start to go into which house has the ability to self sustain with farming and food it becomes even worse for China, the US is situated geographically much better too. This is not an attack on China, these are inescapable facts, I would rather be in a country with less mouths to feed and which has far more arable clean farm land than a country with far too many mouths to feed and a major arable land problem. People can compare countries and regions as much as they like, it doesn't change the facts, the US might have a large immigration problem but it is never going to increase the population to even half of China in the next 50 years, never mind this decade! The facts remain China faces catastrophic internal problems, just the demographics alone without the other issues show this to be totally unsustainable. The US definitely has issues and problems coming, but the US is in a far better position to cope with and alleviate their issues than China, and again there is actually no comparison because China faces MASSIVE problems compared the the US. The numbers simply don't lie.
