this is a project that I will see from start to finish. I am 23 and I grew up in Bellmawr so I have seen it from the very beginning and played at Bellmawr little league and on one understands how important this project is to the area
I've passed that way a few times returning to New York from Delaware, and it was confusing! The tunnel was especially surprising. Thank for shedding light on this massive project. Of interest also are the RU-vidr channels covering the new Gordie Howe Bridge between Michigan and Ontario.
@musicmann7891 I don't see evidence of a tunnel but there's gonna be overpasses there that should take you from 295s to 42s instead of dealing with aljoes curve
Small mistake? The Column section I was likely wrong saying the yellow tubing is for concrete. Its such a minor detail but I know someone will call it out. 🙂
@@2000danlb RU-vid does allow simple trims and I was able to cut out that 2 second "tubes for concrete" comment. takes some time to process. I'll mention the edit in my description when completed. not that ya needed an explanation ha
Keep up the good work 👍🏻 I do have a question. Are you going to follow the proposed glassboro 322 bypass, something about a meeting on July 10th on this matter.
That retaining wall in the middle of the new ramp is very confusing. It was build with I-Beams with wood blocks in between which is common for a temporary retaining wall, I just don't understand why they capped it in concrete. I can't imagine the wood will remain. As for the Browning road overpass, the plans show that remaining set of columns being replace with new ones closer to the north bound lanes. I am pretty sure they are going to need to shift over the north bound lanes of 42 to do that and they may need to wait until the completion of the collapsed section to do that.
i bet soon after the east abutment is completed and they can move all the equipment out of the lower right lanes, they'll have the space they need to shift the lanes around and address those additional supports.
Great job in keeping us up to date since NJ DOT operates in secrecy and provides next to no information about this 19 year fiasco. Sadly, another example how the US overall can no longer do the big jobs (see the Hudson River rail tunnel). In China this project would have been finished at least 5 years ago. There had to be a lot of corruption and payoffs related to the 2021 structure collapse.
maybe my intro wording was confusing. When I say "next" for brooklawn circle area and Glassboro Camden line.. my point was those are the next projects/videos I cover, which be separate from this video.
Follow the money and you will find the truth behind the 20 year plan to fix this mess. Lots of money involved and when there’s money there’s corruption involved 😅
Good information, but why are you superimposed over all of the video? It's very distracting and not necessary. Curb your ego and just present the material.
got an email today from a follower thanking me for my top notch work, and i should be on TV somewhere. So apparently the editing style connects with some folks. that being said a fair point that at times I could fade out the overlay and let the imagery fill the screen. Mostly its more about laziness or just tired of editing after 12 hours than ego, each fade in and out is more editing work; As it is now its "drag, size" done. all that being said.. have a lot more different types of video content coming where I will be filling the screen with this handsome face
