Director Reacts - Stray Kids - 'God's Menu & Side Effects' (Kingdom Legendary War) 

This is my favorite Stray Kids performance. For Mayfly performances, it has to be the dance unit performance, Wolf. All the performances on kingdom were AMAZING! But someone had to take the win home and it just so happen to be Stray Kids. IM SO HAPPY SKZ WON KINGDOM. THEIR HARDWORK SHOWED!!!

Kingdom: Legendary War was a K-Pop competition show back in 2021. Unfortunately, they have not had another one, and I'm not sure they ever will. The concept will probably morph into something else at some point, which is a real shame. Kingdom:Legendary War was EPIC, in that it brought together those amazing groups, sparked incredible creativity with their music and dancing, and fostered some friendships between the members of the various groups that last even til this day. It was truly something else. Watching it, I was struck by how much each group cheered the other groups on. They were truly impressed with each other, and they really rallied to support the other teams, even though it was a competition. It was so heartwarming.

Those two songs ahould NOT be able to blend together so goddamn well, but skz are a whole other level of creative and it WORKS

Love your reactions. The boys really take our breath away. I'm so glad you are doing the ones with the other groups reactions. Kingdom was during covid, so no audience, however the other competitors were there for support. It was 6 boy groups. SKZ, ATEEZ, BTOB, IKON, THE BOYZ and SF9. At one stage they had to do collaborations. SKZ, ATEEZ and BTOB joined together and created MAYFLY. We ALL NEED the resurrection of MAYFLY, all performances were ICONIC. Can't wait to see more.

Skz just showing why they well deserved won Kingdom !!!!!!! SKZ went there to show everyone how good they are and why they are so big!!!! their talent is not a joke!!! I'm so proud of my Babies!!!! SKZ world domination.

No second chances, all filmed live. They used the stage perfectly and put on captivating performances every single time.

Let's start with the fact that before Kingdom: Legendary War, I had not watched any Korean shows at all. At that time, I was a BTS fan and an aspiring Ateez fan. I was a little upset by the fact that it was not Ateez who won this show, but “some unknown to me Stray Kids.” This inspired me to watch all the performances of this group. And then - in shock - several more times. At the moment I can call myself one of the most durable, loyal and loving =stay=. The more I immersed myself in the work of this group, the more inspiration and love for life I found. I’m from Ukraine, and six months ago I didn’t know if I would be able to wake up in the morning after another shelling of our city. But even then, most of all I regretted that I would simply never be able to hear their music, I would not be able to see what they could give to this world. But it all started with this very performance at Kingdom: Legendary War. Ironic, isn't it?

The fact that chan had to sprint and barely made it just in time and sang his part with the "underside guy" so perfectly no one is the wiser😅

YASSS. Roscoe is finally doing Kingdom performances!! This one was by far my fav out of skz performances. It just really got it, it was so brilliant, so iconic. I can wait until you watch the rest of skz performances and the joint group (Mayfly) performances! And ATEEZ’s performances. They are all so amazing!

I'd love to see you do a Kingdom reaction series. Each performance has astonishingly good lighting, camera work, choreography, and everything else you could want in an epic theatrical display of awesome. It's truly spectacular, and all six groups involved are amazing.

SO much detail!!!!! And they make up all of that and have it ready to perform... in ONE WEEK. They do this for 6 weeks straight. 🥵

I think Stray Kids going in were not expected to do as well as they did. I believe they were underrated by everyone but Stays. I believe Ateez was also underrated. The Boyz being the winners of Road to Kingdom were the ones to beat and were expected to win. Ikon were expected to do well too. BtoB & SF9 are well respected so they could never be counted out. From the 100 second introduction of Miroh though, the other groups quickly found out Stray Kids would be a force to be reckoned with. 😊

Kingdom perfomances has some of THE best performances I've seen! You should def. check out Ateez wonderland Kingdom version as well! Also Kingdom: Stray kids God's du du du du is amazing!

Kingdom was such an amazing show. I loved when the groups had to interpret the song of one of the participating groups. The best ones for me were Ateez who took Rythm ta from iKON. iKON itself made Inception from Ateez better than the original song (in my opinion😊). Also BTOB‘s new arrangement of Back door was great.

I LOVE this performance! It was so neat seeing the other groups reacting to them. Also, Felix is like Stray Kids' secret weapon, lol. Every single member is SOOOOOO freaking talented, they would be amazing anyway, but Felix's voice is so overt and SHOCKING for k-pop that people ALWAYS react to it. It's one of my favorite things in reaction videos: the first time someone hear's Felix. LOL

This was my intro to Stray Kids and I'm not ashamed to say that I was creeped out with Felix's part in this song.... But not scared enough to check their work out and now, I can't be without them in my playlists. Bought their albums and well became a really big fan.

One thing I love about this, is that in behinds the scenes, you find that Bang Chan had literally only just moved into place after running up to that spot with the mirror dancer under him and immediately stood and sang super clearly and stable, and then headed off to do that "Yoooowwww" from behind the stage!

I remember watching this in a poor 360p coz of the live and my poor internet. Fun times 😶 (also, while this version has its own charm, but srsly, mnet shouldve re uploaded the full performances 😭) Ps. This show being my initiation to being a STAY is ridiculous 😂 AH and this episode also got me on ATEEZ coz their stage for this was HELLA GRAND, I had butterflies watching it. Now when i see SKZ's spider legs in their concert clips, it's Ateez stage in this round that I tend to remember.

All of kingdom is a great show, the other groups did so well too!

Seriously though, I may be a STAY through and through, but ANYONE who says that EVERY SINGLE GROUP that participated wasn't at the top of their game andndidnt bring that game with them, is full of bs. Lol Because all six groups who participated in "Kingdom: Legendary War" were beyond worthy of the competition present and of being there in the first place. In fact, the sportsmanship of all 6 groups was truly impressive. Not only did the groups who combined to create Mayfly grow so close to one another they refused to accept what MNET said about the unit episode performances coming to an end and Mayfly being over.😂 I've also never in my life seen the other competitors of a survival show be so incredibly happy for those who won. To this day, not only am I greatful for the support every group showed one-another, but also how every group was truly happy for SKZ. Particularly Ateez, who had grown incredibly close with The Kids. The most endearing aspect of that relationship, specially where the win is concerned, is juat the fact that I have never seen a second place group look so happy and proud while the team that came in first went from shocked, to ecstatic, to looking like they were going to start bawling when they say the support their friends where giving their win. That sh*t was real! To this day, nothing else I have ever seen in a reality program had indeed been so incredibly real, than the emotions and sentiments displayed by the groups who competed on Kingdom. The best part, for me, was seeing how they came together through adversity and how they kept their compassion as well as their cool depite not only the physical mental and emotional exhaustion, but the stress involved enduring a process such as that too. More than anything though, I LOVED how all do the froups decided they were not battling eachother, so it wasn't Stray Kids vs. Ateez vs. so on and so forth... Nope, it was Idols vs. MNET. They literally refused to see eachother in that way and instead banded together to survice those snakes at MNET. Which I will be forever greatful for them having done, because they indeed being abused, as in MNET mistreated the idols physically, mentally and emotionally. Even misusing fan involvement and they themselves starting fanwars because the brotherhood from the groups sas causing them to fizzle out. At the end of the day, the only truth to the show was how amazing the performances from all those gorgeous men (hey, they are! Lol) as well as the first couple positions of the final results... It's just too bad the actual numbers displayed (aka the point differences BETWEEN the rankings themselves) were complete and utter bullshit and should have been MUCH CLOSER than they were. Im sorry, but that was a much tighter competition than the final results made it seem. 🙄 Anyways, all I'm saying is... I am onr proud STAY, but not hust of SKZ, of all the groups. It makes me so incrediby happy to see ALL the performances still be so incredibly popular (its just too bad that havker felt different and was upset about SKZ win as well as their vids holding the highest view count on MNETs channel. Resulting in them being driven to hacking into their server and deleting them. 🙄 Ridiculous!) All of that having been said, also incredibly curious about one thing ... Is there EVER going to be another season!?! Because at this point, Stray Kids deserve a break from being MNET's "Kings" and I can't be the only one who feels that way either. 😮‍💨
