Dakshin CII Summit 2022 was inaugurated by our honorable CM MK Stalin. The Summit conducted several panels of discussion by the Nation's top directors and Technicians.

Even I thought the same, it was a very good narrative but hurried, as it's a movie. There were many names and many characters and each character has it's own story and they are moving towards throne in their own plots, similar to Game of Thrones. I would love to see this as web Series. Indian stories has strong emotion.

@@hariharan1944 of course mani sir films are always amazing and beautiful and they r entirely different.. but if u see in that angle even director rgv has his own way of unique thinking perspective and even no one can make cult films like rgv.. But as you said if one hits other flies.. that is not at all the concept in ssr films dude..! till date I didn't find even one director who is such a master story teller and convince people with emotions and make them remember such content for longer periods..(eg ssr makes people go into trans in films like eega, BB series, magdhera) The craftsmanship, skills & creativity r topnotch in ssr.. & tell me atleast one Indian director who cud match ssr!

Implementing the story into movie graphically is very big challenge. Rajamouli did this first time in India. He is one of the kind of directory in India. He deserve Oscar award without second thought. He lifted entire south Indian movies to next level. In that Sukumar also added hence now Telugu movies are playing whole world. South means Telugu movies.

I felt that too. It was kinda felt back handed compliments. But yes in a way he excels in marketing the characters n story and this is a trait which many of our elite directors lacked. How RRR reached the world stage n won oscar is because of this marketing genius.
