Hi Mr. D. One quick question please, why did you design it so that pushing down on the lever places the saw on the feet instead of the casters? I would think the majority of time it would be on the feet instead of the castors. If you bumped the foot lever, and it cams up, the saw drops on wheels and move likely to move in any direction you dont want it to go. If you look at wheeled ladders, the foot pedal lifts the unit up onto the wheels. Just curious if there was method to this design. Regards.
I can't find the details on the lever set up. Arc magazine has PDF plans but no positions are shown for the holes on the levers and the feet. I suspect these are critical to the operation of the lift system
