btw, for whoevers wondering those pieces that he cut off are called the pellicle. It's the part that protects the insides by absorbing all of the moisture and oxidation
Yeah anyone could actually do that if they’re used to handle hot stuff all the time cause you actually burn the nerves on your fingertips and develop callous hands, so you don’t feel the pain. On top of that you get used to the heat, but if you stop doing that kind of stuff for a while you will get burned
the burned part of the crust (yes, i need to grow up) is probably carcinogenic and along with all the saturated fat will reduce your lifespan by 5-10 business days
