I maybe stalled 50 times and now my bike doesn't start at all. But lights and other electrical system works perfectly.

Possibly flooded the engine. You can try turning the gas off and letting it sit for at least 5 minutes for some of the gas to evaporate, otherwise I usually twist the throttle fully open when starting until it fires. Beware, if it's kick start, the lever can kick back hard, so be sure to wear proper dirt bike boots.

Hey man you might know but got a new 450 and she’s slightly in gear when clutch pulled in, enoigh where I can start it and hold it back enough but I wonder why it’s sticky for being new

Congrats on your new bike! So are you saying that the bike still lurches forward when in gear with the clutch pulled in? If you already adjusted the clutch as I showed in this video, you might want to try some different oil in the engine/transmission. I recommend a motorcycle-specific oil that's made for a "wet clutch". Some oils aren't 'slippery' enough and can cause the clutch plates to stick together, causing the clutch to drag, if that makes sense.

I had figured it's because of freeplay, I changed my disks but that didn't help. Id I make the lever tight it become extremely hard to press down....

Why my bike is hard to neutral while the engine is running?
@MotocrossHideout
@MotocrossHideout 6 дней назад
That's pretty typical on many bikes. You could try adjusting the cable and changing the oil if it's old or not made for a "wet clutch".

Sir i had adjust my clutch all the way possible from too loose to too tight to normal.. The problem is while full clutch pressed bike kick lever not free moving and wheel spinning with force
@MotocrossHideout
@MotocrossHideout 8 месяцев назад
Hey Mahfuj, I'm trying to understand your problem... So are you saying that the real wheel is spinning when you try to kick start it with the clutch pulled in?
@mahfujalam6688
@mahfujalam6688 8 месяцев назад
@@MotocrossHideout yes, in gear it's moving, but main problem is even in neutral it's kickshaft is resisting alot moving piston with it. How can a vehicle produce compression full clutch pressed in neutral and bike off?
@MotocrossHideout
@MotocrossHideout 8 месяцев назад
If the wheel is moving when you kick the starter lever down with the clutch pulled in, then there's something wrong - either the clutch isn't adjusted properly, the cable is worn, or there's an internal problem. As for the engine having compression - the clutch does not affect that when kickstarting.

@@MotocrossHideout owner just don't want to open clutch cover( he sees it as opening engine) and left it, I also left this project. With adjustment it cannot be fixed. Hope in future I would get some interesting problems and solve it.

when i shift down from second to go into first it just goes into neutral? any ideas. i have to really kick the shifter down hard to go into first.
@MotocrossHideout
@MotocrossHideout 4 месяца назад
Are you using the clutch when shifting? Make sure the shifter is tight on the shift shaft. Otherwise, my only other thought is that something is worn/bent in the shifting mechanism.

I have a 125cc dirtbike and when i shift into 1st it creeps a bit forward although i got clutch fully in.Also my clutch works way too up like it doesnt go smoothly it just stays in till it gets to end.

Is the cable properly adjusted? How old is the oil? Have you inspected the clutch plates/basket?

@@MotocrossHideout cable is good but how do i check plates and basket and oil
@MotocrossHideout
@MotocrossHideout 2 месяца назад
The basket shouldn't have grooves where the tabs of the plates sit. The metal discs should be checked for flatness. If they're colorful (overheated), then they're probably warped and causing the problem. The river plates should be measured for thickness and meet the minimum spec according to the service manual. All this is fairly simple if you have an OEM service manual that you can follow step by step.
