I found my Oupes to charge at 86watts max with my solar panels. I think the unit will take 100watts at 24 volts. My solar panels are rated at 18 volts. I found the same results running one 120 watt panel and two 60 watt panels ran in parallel. I also over paneled it with the 120watt and one 60 watt in parallel and max was still 86 watts. I did hook up one of the panels to the PD port and was able to get the charge up to 120 watts. Not sure what the watt rating is on the USB-C outputs on my panels are though. Thanks for the video.

So, 86w sounds normal for something rated at 100w of solar input. Factor oh the inefficiencies and it’s about right. I would like to test again when spring comes around to see the max input.

This one is a better deal. The Rockpals doesn’t have pass through charging Keith the AC outlets making it not useful for many situations.

You can plug in a three prong computer charger. The power station is not technically grounded, but has a hole for the third prong. No issues.

I’ve been interested in this for a long time, but it’s priced only $50 less than the EB 55. Seems the Bluetti might be faster charging with no downside. I think the Oupes 1100 model stands by itself in that range.

The price seems to have gone up since I made this video. It was $349, now $449. Bluetti seems decent too, although I have not personally used one.

So, this has a 600w inverter, but only 522wh of useful power correct?

That’s correct, I got about 522wh from it. Which is consistent with about a 600wh power station and 80% usable power.

If you had two solar panels & one with a USB-C along with the regular solar panel charging. You can get more than the 100 watts with solar panels. I saw someone get 160 watts charging doing it that way.

It does have pass through charging. I tested it, and have had it running a fridge for a few days on pass through now. The fan cycles on when it’s pulling a load, but it’s not too bad.

shouldnt be surprising to anyone that pays attention... Jackery is about 10 years behind in the tech and features yet they routinely charge 30-100% more. There isnt a single reason to buy jackery over the likes of ecoflow or bluetti.
