Dirt Devil Ultra Vision Turbo UD40180 (2010) 

I bought this at a local Goodwill for $17.49. The lower hose has a hole in it so I covered it with black tape. Overall, it works fine. The only downsides is like any Dirt Devil, it's loud and filtration is mediocre at best.
This is one of my favorite vacuums despite the aforementioned downsides.
