Scott never did jail time for the cocaine possession. He never missed a race because of it. However he was on probation and on house arrest but was allowed to continue racing.

a sorry day for sure but c'mon , he didn't pass away, he was killed in an accident, doing what he loved to do--my mom and my aunt were in their one hundredth year--they passed away jmo
