It's Future Funk / Japanese City Pop :-) you can find other songs like this one with the artists Macross 82-99 , or Yung Bae for example

@@m4nill3 It's not future funk it's Nu-Disco. Future Funk basically always in between the copyright conflicts cuz they heavily relay on clipping the existing songs. Konami is not that fool to put a song with copyright issue in IIDX(and they won't as well), and this song is completely original from IIDX 25. Another thing is IIDX is an original music driven (95%) + license music (5%) Rythm game
