Although I enjoy exterior cleaning, you can't beat interior detailing. (Although I do like paint correction videos). For me, that's where the skill of a detailer really shows. People drive around in some disgusting interiors, and to see how a good detailer will turn it around, is amazing!!

Great video as always. The detail you go into about the tools and products you use is brilliant! I'd love to do this for a living but I think there's too much competition in my area and people don't seem to charge very much at all. It's a lot to invest for a mobile valeting business if the amount you can charge is next to nothing 😕

Thanks very much! I completely understand that, I think to make it viable it needs to be aimed at customers who want a higher level of surface. Trying to do basic washes for £15-£20 is very hard to make profitable and it'll always be competing with roadside/ automatic car washes

@@AutoCareHQ Thanks for replying to my comment. I think there's a good amount of people in my area who would be looking for a better car cleaning service than just a quick wash. I remember when I was about 10 years old going around the block asking neighbours if they wanted their car washed. I didn't put a price on it and they would pay what they wanted. Somebody once paid me £10! I was amazed as it was a lot of money to me back then 🤣 I have another business idea but if I'm honest I'm only interested in the potential profit which can be big if i make it work, but the money would be the only reason I'd be doing it and I think that's not a good enough reason. I'm certain I'd enjoy valeting a lot more and that way I'd be more passionate about a valeting business.

Thank you! The steamer is much quicker to use and does give a pretty good clean so is suitable for most cars, but if the interior is pretty bad then I'll go with an extractor to really deep clean the fabrics

Great watch. Learning more and more. Please can you tell me the name of the tyre cleaning product? I have an A5 coupe and the tyres are always coated with brake dust and traffic film?

Nice job Heather 😀👍 How do you find steam cleaning the carpets and mats in comparison to wet vacuuming them?

Cheers Dan! The steamer is much quicker to use and does give a pretty good clean so is suitable for most cars, but if the interior is pretty bad then I'll go with a wet-vac to really deep clean the fabrics
