First, you did that! 🎉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I've used the dawn degreaser with plastic wrap so it dont dry out, clean the rest of the kitchen/house, come back and magic... wipe it all off. I also use the self clean function. Great for in between deep cleans. And the best cold degreaser, Shumanit. Last but not least, dont be afraid to pull that stove out! You will see the grease on the side of the stove, the cabinets ans under the stove and fall out! Happy Cleaning! ❤
When I don’t feel like preheating my stove, I just spray the oven door with east off and then put saran wrap over it and let it sit. I clean the whole house and come back to it last. The plastic wrap , once it’s removed, it gets all that gunk nice and soft and then you just have to wipe it off with no fuss. This technique works for stubborn burns on pots and pans and stove tops. Just make sure the kids don’t turn the stove on during all of that. Wipe your clean oven with a clean dry microfiber towel to finish it off. It will leave it sparkling.
Aawwww I felt bad that u had worked so hard to maintain ur oven. N ur like me wanting the grease n grimes to come out. My mom had put me onto this cleaner that u let it sit on the stove n oven for about 15-20 mins n than all u having to do is to wipe it down. U don’t need to work so hard to scrub cuz that can ruin the look of the stove, but moving forward the cleaner is called LYSOL KITCHEN PRO ANTIBACTERIAL CLEANER. It really works. I’m so greatful that she had put me onto this product before she passed away, I would have been like u scrubbing the mess out of my stove. Hey Sis - I use the same method - preheating the stove with the oven spray..It works the best in my opinion...Now for the oven and stove racks - I put them jokers in the washing machine!! I spray them down with the oven cleaner to pretreatment them run them through a cycle...I also use the oven cleaner on the stove top to help get thst crusty cooked on mess up..I saw this silicone stove cover that supposed to protect the stove thst I'm really thinking of buying...lol
If your family eats a lot of oranges, save the peels. Put them in a jar with white vinegar and let it sit a week. It's an awesome natural degreaser. I keep adding peels and vinegar to make it more potent. It works wonders for not a lot of money. And it smells good.
Showmars has become one of my fav spots to eat the flounder n popcorn shrimp and their cheeseburger wit mustard, slaw, chili on a bun didnt know it came in Pita bread. Customer service is nice also!

Use Dawn Power Spray on your cooktop. Spray and let it sit covered with plastic wrap. It's a great degreaser and you can use it in your microwave. Just make sure not to spray it in the little air vent holes.❤
Put some tin foil in the bottom to keep food from dropping in the bottom of ur stove. Also I think ur oven door is made to detach to make it easier to get to the inside.
For my microwave... i put a dish Towel or something of that size and wet it soaking wet... put it in for 4 min... it will be hot hot... and then wipe off... im thinking you needed the bowl in longer... it's the steam that softens the śplatters off
I like Ajax or comet for the stove with a good stainless steel scrubber.. Keep the microwave plate in when you do the water vinegar lemon and soap. I normally do it for 3 minutes.
I love to clean!!! It is therapy for me. Try Scrub Daddy. I never tried it though. I keep me a bottle with water bleach and dish liquid in it. Good for cleaning bathrooms and counter tops and sink when I cook meat. As high as things are and as much as I love to buy cleaning supplies I just cannot. I mop my floors with beach and water most days. Erica I did not want to by the o-cedar mop but I broke down and brought it and I love it.
