I love it when the horses ears go forward and they watch the police horses, walk by and enter the yard! I however really hate these big crowds of total idiots cramming in around the horse not respecting the horse or the guards personal space. Whatever would make a parent think it is safe to put their child in their arms or on the ground near a very big horse who is already showing signs of anxiety and stress? This horse is really being looked after by his guard.
The horse is up tight when the sirens are going off .I wonder, if there’s flashing red lights. Judging from how alert he is, there is something that has his attention.. I am glad it was end of shift. That horse was ready for some hay and a roll in some shaving.
It really bothers me to see mother's holding their babies closer to the horses head than their own, esp when the sign above them says HORSE MAY BITE. Protect your children!
