This video goes over how to disable two sensors that can be super annoying especially for laser content creators. These sensor are for your safety but make it so you cannot operate with the laser door open. I’ll walk you how to bypass them.

thank god for your video!!! Ive literally had my machine less than a week and i was getting the machine protect error. I knew it had to be the lid because everything else is fine but when I got my machine i noticed one of the lid sensors was put on all jacked up and sure enough it started to cause me problems no matter what I did to try to adjust it to the correct position! Thank you Sooooooo Much!!!

Very smart!! Do you know how to do this on an Epilog Helix 60watt? I think the magnets need to be covered but is there a trick to it? I have a piece of wood to engrave that is too large to close the front door but the top of it shuts. Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions 🙂

I don’t have any experience with the Epilog machines so I’m not sure what sensors they have or how they are triggered.

Same thing can be achieved in the vendor settings without removing the sensors. Just turn them off.

I can't even tell you how many times i went through the controller menus on the machine looking for this, and now like magic lightburn camera is usable
