I have a invisible disability and I understand you when you say you aren’t sure about getting the passes but if we didnt have the documentations we wouldnt b able to get them so make your life easier and get them to make your experience even better you are amazing
Thank you so much for this video. I go in two weeks and me to have a hidden disability. Your video is the only one I have found to answer my questions. Thanks again ❤
Wonderful and helpful video Georgie - thank you. I go next week with my daughter who has an invisible impairment and this will help up immensely. I should have jotted down which line you used for each ride 😂 so I may just watch again and do just that. Much healing love to you on your journey xxx
Super helpful, we’re going Friday for 3 nights for my birthday, my fiancé also has a invisible disability and we’ve registered for a priority pass, I’m so excited, This a great video and you’re super fun & Gorgeous , Thanks x
Hi thanks for this video I'm also a cancer patient visiting the park next month and was worried about the priority card system will let you know how the trip goes thanks again Ryan
I’m so glad that you found it helpful, just remember to take along any proof of disability from the list on the Disneyland Paris website. And have THE BEST time! ✨
I’m so glad that it’s helped you! 🥹 that’s the exact reason I wanted to create this video and your comment alone has made it so worth it! Have an amazing trip! 💕
I’m so glad you found it useful and I really hope it helps for on the day, going alone must be daunting but you’ll love it! Remember to just take it all in and really absorb the atmosphere 🥰 take it slow and have a fab time!!! Let me know how it goes and if you find everything ok 😃 if you have anymore questions just let me know! 💕
Hi,this was a great blog can I ask were you purchased your tickets what park of the park was it outside the studios to the left hand side?, I want to buy disabled annual passes and have been advised to go to the window at universal studios entrance to the left hand side but I was told they never opened till 12 in the afternoon would you have any knowledge on this please. Thanks so much
Thank you 😃 I’m so glad you found it helpful! The ticket kiosk is at the front of the Walk Disney Studios. If you check the video you can see where there is a person waiting at a stand between the two parks. If you go to them they’ll show you to your own queue for the kiosk 😃 (it’s at 03:57 in the video) with annual passes you can also buy them from inside the park if you already have a ticket, or the annual pass ticket kiosk at the front of the Disneyland park. Though the studios queue may the the quickest option 😊 have a magical time! ✨
This video is super helpful. My husband has a UK access card, as he’s diabetic and it helps- so a hidden disability. (the uk access card would mean he could get the priority pass). I’ve found we’ve had snipey comments already as to why we’d apply for the priority pass instead of the access pass. Did you find you got any judgemental looks/comments? It makes me feel anxious
Please don’t feel anxious, no one knows your situation or what you have been through. Our pains are our own and people can’t always see it, especially if you’ve learnt to hide it well. When getting on the rides, going into the designated spaces or even if asking for help, I found that most staff just looked at the card and that was it. No judgement or questions. I hope this makes you feel more confident when visiting, it’s such a magical place, focus on your trip and try to forget everyone else around you… Apart from Mickey Mouse 🤪
@@melevans3120 it did take some time to gather the information etc. but I really hope that I have managed to cover it all and can give people the information needed to have a magical holiday to Disney! 😊🥰🤗
Question you paid for your tickets there and where in at Magic Hour but if you paid for your tickets with the hotel but my son will be getting the priority pass do you think we could get in at Magic Hour as well ?
Getting the tickets at the kiosk on the day ensures you get the 25% off ticket prices which you cannot get at the hotels, however each hotel does do their own package deal which you can book in advance. I have confirmed with the park and they said that the entry times for the discounted tickets and priority passes is 9:30am 😊 I hope this helps 😃 have an amazing time! ✨
Please don’t feel anxious 🫂 It is quite a straight forward system, you can also hire wheelchairs if needed at the accessibility kiosk just inside the studios. Or just ask at the front desk, they were really helpful when I was asking for information ℹ️ have the most magical time! ✨
It’s a large area and so you don’t necessarily need to get there early to find a space to stand. In this video I put a little map which I hope you find helpful 😃 if you head towards Frontierland there is a pathway on the right before the Frontierland entrance. Go down there and the area is in front of the castle on the left 🏰 🥰 have a magical time! ✨
Great video, just have 1 question (if you don’t mind me asking); my husband and I booked our first trip to Disneyland Paris and because of my autism, I will also make sure I will pre-order my prioritycard. We called for more information on this, because we didn’t succeed in booking 3 days and two nights in a Disney Hotel with that 25% discounts. The man on the phone said that the discount only applies on yearpasses and daytickets (a combo with a hotel apperently is already a special price). At the beginning of the video I thought you said you are going to be there for two days and still got the discount. Do you know how this works or can I better ask once I arrive there? :)
Thank you for your lovely comment 💗 I hope I can answer this for you! 😃 unfortunately, you can only receive the 25% off of park tickets if you purchase them at the park gate kiosks. Have a look on the Disneyland Paris website at the dated ticket prices (1 day, 2 day passes), then take the 25% off of that price, that’s the price you’ll get on the gate. I believe you can have a maximum of 3 days discounted in one go. I’ll confirm this tomorrow and let you know! The hotels usually offer their own discount on tickets therefore you won’t receive this 25% off hotel discounted tickets. Sometimes it’s better to price it up separately and see which comes out at a better value. The priority card you can also get on the gate so don’t stress too much about that, just remember to take your supporting documents with you on the day! 😃 Have the best time!!! ✨
@@GeorgieMay Thank you so much for your very quick response! How you describe the proces is exactly how we understood it when we were looking for answers. A bit odd that it is arranged like that, but on the other hand; good to know! Hopefully I can arrange my next visit to DLP in a way that I can make use of the discount offered by the prioritycard. Thanks again for your video because (like you said) there is very little info to find on the website on how it al works and (maybe especially) for us in need of one because of our (invisible) “disability” it is pretty important to know before we (consider) get(ting)there :D
Thank you so much for your lovely comments 😊 I really wanted to answer all the questions that I was asking after reading the information. I have confirmed with the park and the maximum tickets that you can buy in one go with the discount is 3 days ✨ I hope this helps for next time 😃 have the most magical trip!
I only purchased the day tickets. I know the annual pass pricing works the same and is definitely worth considering if you’re planning on heading to the park on a regular basis 😃
Did you get any confirmation beforehand to say its been accepted or do you find out when you get to the gate? Applied but doesnt say anything about getting an email/sms to confirm the pass
After you’ve applied you normally receive a reference number. They’ll use that number to find you on the system but will only confirm on the day when you show your eligibility requirement (such as blue badge etc.) 😊 a lot of the time they end up taking your picture at the gate and doing it all from scratch anyway so I wouldn’t worry too much as they’re pretty quick on the day. Hope this helps, have a magical time! ✨
Sorry, Im still a bit confused as to where to buy the tickets! Where did you go, what is the location on that ticket office that processed your pass? Many thanks!!
It’s ok! I know it can be confusing, I did so much research before I went and even then it was still a mind field! So, after you go through security, if you walk basically straight ahead there is a person on a small kiosk next to the balloons and souvenirs. There, they will open a bit where you can go into your own queue for the passes. That pass office is on the right of the Disney studios. I hope this helps? 😃 have a magical time! ✨
You still have to queue but depending on your priority pass you either go to the Premier Access queue or the Disabled queue, it just depends on accessibility. Both queues are usually short and you wait no longer than 5-10 minutes 😊 You can reserve times with characters to return but with rides there’s no need. I hope this helps 😃
That’s fantastic! 🤩 20 minutes is still a wait but a lot less than the usual queue. I’m so glad you managed not to wait for so long! I’ll have to give that a go next time! 🤪 😃 💕
I’m so glad you found it helpful! 💕 you are entitled to the 25% being disabled and then a carer is also able to benefit from a 25% off ticket, so I would think that if it is just you and your daughter she should be able to benefit from the reduced ticket price. I don’t see why not 😃 have a magical time!! ✨
Such a informative video, thank you.... shocking how hard it is to find info regards these passes, I also here you can get 25% off annual passes :-) We have 2 children with a disability so will look to get the discounted park passes and the priority pass on the day.... however we have 1 child without a disability, would anyone know if we could purchase his ticket at the same booth ? many thanks :-)
Thank you so much, I’m so glad that you found it helpful! 🥰 it really is difficult to find the correct information and that’s exactly why I wanted to make it easier for future visitors! You can get the annual passes from the same kiosk or there is an annual pass window within the Disney park. Though there are a lot of changes coming with the annual passes, I believe they’re being changed to something else and are currently on hold but still worth asking! 😊 Have a wonderful time! ✨
I would hope so, but I wonder if it’s the pass that has the magic hour or the actual discounted tickets 🤔 leave it with me! I don’t like not giving a definite answer so I’ll find out and get back to you today! ✨
I confirmed with the park and they said that the entry times for these tickets and priority passes is 9:30am 😊 I hope this helps 😃 have an amazing time! ✨
The video is really helpful to those who need it but turning to those who are having to queue and laughing isn’t a good look. Especially as you’re someone who understands to concept of queuing and the time you are saving, to be smug about is a bad look.
I’m glad you think the video is helpful 😊 thank you for your comment and I totally understand what you’re saying. If you’re referring to the part in the video where I’m waving to the camera and laughing, it’s because my partner didn’t want to go on one of the rides and I’m giggling as I thought I was brave going on one alone. I was laughing directly to the camera which he was holding, I’m genuinely a happy and smiley person. I completely understand that queuing takes time out of your day at Disney, and especially for families and children, queuing can be a nightmare - I would never be smug going ahead of anyone however finding out these passes existed was a small novelty as I was excited to make this video and hopefully help those that need one. Queue hopping passes are also available to purchase, being the fast passes 😊 🥰
Fair enough, I apologise if that’s the case. It just looked like when you went on the Spider-Man ride your camera panned around to the people queuing and you laughed, but like I said if I got the wrong end of the stick I apologise. The video is a big help to me as I’m taking my son who’s autistic in January and I think this priority pass will be a huge help as he is non verbal and I can’t explain queues to him
Thank you for your kind comment. I’ve just gone back and had a look at the part you referenced. I remember the moment but of course you only see what’s in shot but I understand how you could have thought that. However in that particular moment I was making a face to my partner getting myself geared up to start firing (as the Spider-Man ride is interactive! 😃 it’s so cool!) I’ll be more mindful of how things can come across in the future. I hope you have the most magical time! ✨ if you need anymore information don’t hesitate to ask 😃 🏰
As far as I am aware the majority of the information in this video is still correct 😊 the system can be confusing, information can be found on the Disneyland Paris website if you’re unsure of what qualifies for a Priority Card www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/guest-services/priority-card/
