Netaji Subhash Bose wouldn't have come out and revealed even if he wanted to because the British would wrongly charge him for the revolt. British and American forces after WW2 had given innumerable punishments to Japanese soldiers and others from the Axis Powers. So it was beneficial to be in disguise. I think the government will never announce it publically, be it any. They'll just declassify more and more documents or information about S.C. Bose or the INA (Through RTIs or Commissions). More information will be of before 1945. But some documents after 1947 can also be released. Because think it that way, common people are not aware what IB and RAW does and how they do it. These things are highly secretive. Possibly, the Subhash Bose secret is India's best kept secret! Rest everything depends on how people believe it. If we see the movies made on Netaji, the kind of man that he was, he could definitely be disguised as Gumnami Baba. My grandfather died in in 1996, but I remember few of the things he told in relation to Netaji. 1) He was alive after independence and was in Awadh. 2) Credibility of Netaji was so much that during his fund raising, women will donate their gold jewellery that they rarely parted with anyone. 3) The Bengal Famine of 1943 was planned to stop advance of INA.
