I absolutely love your videos. Really good to have you back. Many many reasons I love your videos is your voice (as I always say, lovely narrating voice) lovely relaxing low music, and fantastic content. Great job on wash bay, workshop. Come them coming and thank you. Dave @Droitwich Valeting Service.
Great to see you uploading content again. 👍 Love the effort you go to in both the vehicle presentation and the filming of what/how you do it. Welcome back 👏
Great to see you back and thank you for the video. You did a fantastic job and really transformed the Citroen. Thanks to your efforts the Citroen now looks way too good to scrap.
Really good to see you back! Man that respirator on your face constantly must be uncomfortable, I thought it might be a covid thing at the time, anyway, I'm speculating! Great video, what a transformation on an old banger!
Good to have you back doing regular video mate as Iv just off doing car trading it helps with getting my cars prepared for sale. Keep up the great work bro 😎.
The foam ranger is back! 👍 Will be very interested in your Koch Chemie trials, I can definitely recommend FSE QD which is brilliant for water spotting and PS PLAST STAR which is fantastic on external plastic and rubber, even tyres. Great to have your content back pal.
I can see this is the first wash in the Queen’s lifetime… barn find? Sewage treatment plant find? By the way - I’ve finally been able to buy Koch Chemie in South Africa - complete game changer. I’ve had awesome results with FSE, Green star and Eulex. Thanks for the recommendation! I’m investing in expanding my range of their products - by far the most worth while brand in a long time. Also have to say - a little goes a long way especially with the Eulex and the engine dressing.
I hope someone takes your sound advice to see if they can save that car from being scrapped. I seem to recall Ed China doing the same thing on a Porsche Boxter with similar gearbox problems and it cured the issues.
Great video. So glad to see you turning out content again. As always really informative and honest. Do like the look of that ramp! Where’s that from? Also - can you remind us what tyre shine you’re using?
Only recently stumbled across your channel, loving the episodes and transformations. As a weekend-warrior / detailing enthusiast, I find it very therapeutic watching these. Please can you let me know where you got your ramps / lifts from, they look great and something I would be interested in getting. Thanks, Neil
It’s an easy and relative simple repair, there are two valves in the automatic gearbox that fail. An upgrade is available, and it can be done without taking it out.
I have to say, when you started washing engine bay, my heart stoped. I was just thinking how water is getting into BSM, fuses on top of the battery :). This is good car, I have it couple of years. They are prone to water leaks.
"NIGHTMARE HORROR Picasso! WORST car ever EVER, I'm so SERIOUS!" Or possibly "FEAR inducing FIRST clean since BEFORE time BEGAN!!!" Or "HAUNTED terror SHOCK horror NEVER before SEEN car VIOLENCE detail!!!" I'm here all week...
Its a shame you didn't fix the gearbox or put another one in from the scrappy. It will be a lovely car once it's been sorted. And with the current prices of cars in the UK, you could get a good amount tbh! But atleast its nice and clean now :)
Oh my god you returned wow!!! Hope you’re well mate, I messaged you on instagram but you never replied, hope everything is well, if you need to speak to someone I’m here, stay safe buddy
if you want something to be done with your scrap cars. donate them to your local tech school. the autoshop always has a shortage of cars and they are generally very thankfull for a donated vechicle
Great to see another video from you. I'm a bit of a novice on this one so could I possibly ask what you used to machine polish. Could you use a regular angle grinder with that buffer head on it, or does it have to be a specialised machine polisher? What sort of buffer head do you use and what polish product do you use on older car paintwork like that? Any help would be appreciated. Great video.
I use a Dual action polisher, with various pads, I used Rupes uno protect in this vid, its a mild cut compound and also a sealant, so a "all one" product
Have you been away, you use to post regularly? That was a fantastic turnaround on the Citroën, someone could turn that very easily into a daily driver.
Scrapping that car over a possibly faulty transmission is silly. The trans probably just needs serviced, and even if it needs replacement, there's no reason to scrap the car with only 80K miles on it. The detail looks excellent. Hopefully that keeps the car from being wasted.
@@everydaydetailing6449 Sorta like VW's DSG, I suspect. Yeah, those clutch packs do go out. If it was a slushbox, it probably just needed a fluid change. It's pretty hard to trash a transmission like that - the PO must have been really hard on it.
I cannot believe that this vehicle is a candidate for the scrappers...! It´s all in the name, isn´t it? Citroen; on the way to the scrappers! VW; oh, it´s looking nice (bloody booring, but in one piece). I can do with that....
I am beyond myself with joy to see another video! I thought Covid got you!😳😱 Thank God you are back - I missed my favorite RU-vid detailer 😎 Edit: I just saw the video with the Volvo daily - glad to hear the virus that shall not be named didn’t have its way with you! 🫣😲
Wow! You really transformed that Citroen, what an excellent job. Do other Detailers do the same as you, or do you do a little bit extra to stand out from the rest? Thanks.👍🏻
@@everydaydetailing6449 it's really pleasing to hear someone who takes pride in their work, I'm the same with my job. I hope your customers really appreciate you.👍🏻
Great to see you back. Quick question.. I have that Karcher jetwash and looking for some nozzles like yours. Where did you purchase them from, I'm reluctant to buy some if they don't work with this jetwash. Thank you ☺️
Excellent video on how to transform the exterior of a car into something quite spectacular. P.s. what car ramp system did you use in the video. What is it’s make, model etc ? Keep up the good work 👍
Like the lift, how's it powered and are they expensive as would love to do a proper wheels off clean to mine and friends cars and actually get in the arches properly, great content 👍
