Felt great having my 2nd driving lesson the other day, aged 38 finally my neurologist gave me the go ahead to learn to drive after brain surgery 🧠 a few years ago for my epilepsy which randomly happened out of nowhere. Hopefully this is a start for better things in the future. Love watching these videos. 👍

The situation with the forklift was just a mess, not on Brandon's part but it was a great lesson to teach him not to let people rush you. Make sure you know it's safe, then proceed.

I feel so bad for the learners who’ve started and stopped lessons through lockdown. When I was a new driver I had a week off driving to go on holiday and blanked when I got back in the car when I was home 😂 that was after passing my test and 6 months independent driving. God knows what learners are feeling like!!

I passed my driving test in Wolverhampton at the Tettenhall driving test centre,I passed first time after having 22 lessons from start to finish.I’ve had my licence now for nearly 32 years.I like watching your videos because I want to see how the new learning driving ways are now compared to how it was when I was learning.

I had about 25-30 hours of lessons about 10 years ago. Your videos inspired me to start again. My instructor was so impressed with how I was able to answer his questions on the first lesson and it's literally all down to your videos. I managed to get through 3/4 lessons worth of driving in my first lesson. I'll be purchasing the Ultimate Driving Course!

I just bought your ultimate lessons and didn't go through all of it yet, (I am in the junction section 3) and must say IT IS really helpful for new drivers. I Had my test in July and did 30hrs driving, but definitely will buy more after watching your channel. for us - new drivers, once we learn to operate a car we think we already know how to drive, but it is just an illusion, because we need to also learn how to behave on the road... will definitely watch your channel till I will pass! (and will try to rebook test for earlier)

i was test ready at the start of the first lockdown and had to stop driving for 5 months then i had to recap and wait for a test for 3 months , thankfully i passed and from watchign ur videos religously before my lessons it helped my nerves

Hey Pin i have watched you for ages now since I first started learning to drive last year. I know you probably get so many people asking you for lessons and I'm one of them. I did manual lessons with quite a passive aggressive instructor and he's told me I'm wasted learning manual and to go automatic. Its my dream to become a paramedic and without a manual driving licence my dream is over. I don't want to give up on my dream but the idea of going through anymore instructor's is daunting for me now. I loved how you taught Taz and now Brandon and I know you'd be patient and help me get there. :(

Its a little bit of a problem of visualization because we are right side drivers but its ok to realize.We need to take 35 hours and i am on 20th hour. Just continue with ur work. Good grief! I’m in the US and the roads there are confusing compared to the US roads. Whew! Brandon seems like a really cool guy to talk to. Very friendly person and has a lot of patience! Which is a key to going far in life! 😊

My 1st driving lesson back after lockdown is next Wednesday. I failed my driving test in December and haven't had any lessons since, due to lockdown. Hopefully, I'll be test ready after a few more lessons. I'm hoping to put in for my 2nd test in June but I'll trust my driving instructor's advice on that one.

Had my first lesson back from another lockdown last week. It was a rough hour hahaha luckily my second this week went slightly better ! Not the most confident anyways and there’s been 3 lockdowns I’ve had to deal with. Crazy!

I wish he’s available in London I don’t even feel good and comfortable with my instructor during lessons he shouts a lot and pressurised me a lot

To answer his question, if the handbrake is not fully down it can overheat your discs/drums. It doesn't just wear it out. If driven for a short distance it is not that big of a problem but if it is for a long distance it can cause some damage due to them overheating and it can wear the discs and pads/ drums and shoes quicker. Conclusion is: make sure your handbrake is fully down when you drive it. The more you know.

Watching other's learning brings back remembers

I was learning how to turn on T junctions but I literally peed my pants when I saw oncoming cars.. I keep thinking the worst and end up stalling because of it.. I keep worrying about other drivers giving me the middle finger.. 🙄😆 I felt so ashamed started laughing hysterically took my eyes off the road... tip don't worry about what other drivers think or you'll end up being a numpty like me 😉

After lockdown when I entered the car I forgot witch pedal was witch in my mind but as he was asking me where is each one I responded correctly lol unexpected the second session was a bless I was so confident on the main road like never before

I’ve been doing lessons for a while now, but without using the hand break pull up one... if that makes sense? I’ve been using the switch version which I find so much easier. I might be changing instructors, so I’ll be going to hand break. Very nervous... any advice on when to do the pedals etc before releasing the hand break? Thanksssss

I think it might be a good idea to ask him a show me and a tell me question every lesson. That way, he will remember them all when it comes to him taking his test

I can't imagine how frustrating it is for Brandon and other learners in his position having it all interrupted by lockdowns :( Yeah, you messed up a few times but you're doing great Bran!

Good job I passed mine 2 days before they stopped

I failed my theory test today, by 3 marks, need to work on safety margins

i have my test tomorrow in wolverhampton, scary. only driven there once, felt okay but on the day of the test you never know what happens. any tips for driving there and common fails you see in the area specifically? i’m only doing my test there otherwise i’d have to wait 6+ months for another where i actually live :/ think i’ll pass tho :)

I recently passed my theory first time at my age I was so proud of myself I am learning in an automatic and have had 19 lessons but stumble on the round about classed as a spiral but hopefully will get there
