Thanks a lot, mate! All I do is just train constantly, every day, until I break my record or achieve a new movement. I showed this in the previous video about OAH, and at the end I described the way I workout. I would advise you to watch RU-vid channels like “Simonster Strength”, “Sondre Berg” and “The Calisthenics School”. But I don’t have any courses to recommend, as I think there are plenty of free and useful information on the Internet.
