I recently converted my old 90's Gary Fisher mountain bike to use hydraulic disc brakes. In this video, I show you what I did to modify the steel frame to fit hydraulic brakes. We take a look at the changes needed for disc brakes and then check out the the forces a disc brake applies to a frame. This is a more in-depth video which uses some original footage from the Gravel Bike build. If you haven't seen the build video, I've added a card at the beginning of this one. I hope you enjoy.
