Instead of hitting the clutch when you get to the end, Pick the Disc up about 5 feet from the end and hit your left Brake or right Brake to make the tractor turn Sharper. And nice Allis B in the back ground, I have a 1955 model.
Hi Tom, I’m not going to pretend I understand all of this, but I’m trying to learn some new things. I can appreciate the vintage style, it looks pretty cool. It’s funny that now that I’m watching your videos I am getting videos on my RU-vid feed about farming and tractors. 😄 Glad to see you’ve picked up some more subscribers. I told Janet to share this with Matt, he would appreciate all of these, I’m sure.
A lovely major still working at pension age. Keep moving no stopping or a trailed harrow much better . I seen old boys years ago allis chalmer roto bailing with majors none live drive
Thanks! I trying to find a wheel disc. Seems like it would be a PITA roto bailing without independent PTO. I’ve never used one but don’t you have to stop every so often?
When I was a kid growing up on the farm dad used to buy 40 quipment and then turn around and sell it to the machinery jockey we had a Ford disk and it was so light it would hardly even go in the ground to do any job at all
You’re right. I would have. I was mostly trying to knock down what was recently plowed so it could rot and get rained on. Then I did like you said and made a better job of it. Thanks!
