Also, getting some sun bathing is important. Don't take a loss of subscribers personally. It's only a button that one presses. When I watch videos, what interests me is how people think, solve problems, deal with happy moments, and deal with adversities. You seem to be sweet yet strong, and I want to have the privilege to watch you evolve right before my eyes. Being sad means that you ha e an opportunity to restart and take your life to any direction that you want, re-invent yourself. Christina you should watch this vid Deep she'll a DJ I think one of the best I've listened to. My point is she has good advice.. keep smiling Christina even if you can't be bothered a smile doesn't cost anything and you should smile more at yourself. I've come to the realization that all corporate jobs are gonna suck somewhat. Just gotta find the one that sucks the least. I freeze up if i think about having to do this for 30 more years, so I try not to think about that and live in the moment. But it's a struggle every day. I used a bit of st johns wort in college and had some success, but just be careful if you were taking any SSRIs because it can cause serotonin syndrome if they mix.
